London Camera Exchange - Leamington Avis 

I recently bought a used Fujifilm X-T3 and a 35mm lens from the Leamington LCE branch, trading in some of my old gear to fund the purchase. The entire process was effortless from start to finish. Honest description. Well priced.

I have bought new and used items from various London Camera Exchange (LCE) stores over the years. Some I have collected from the selling store and some I have had shipped to other LCE stores where it was convenient for me to collect. Every purchase has had the same excellent service. My latest purchase was from Leamington Spa, communication and service was up to the usual 'Very High' standard, they shipped it to LCE Winchester. The item was as described and in unbelievable condition. Definitely buy from them again !!!!

The shop staff in Leamington Spa were excellent, gave me some great advice around how to fix my camera/lens problem. As a result I ordered a restored lens from the Bath shop (which arrived 48 hours later). Overall I am very satisfied with the whole experience

Excellent customer service. I contacted LCE in Leamington Spa. Adam was able to put me I the right direction to purchase a lens for husbands camera. Can't thank Adam enough for his advise and support. Ordered on Tuesday and arrived within 24hours by Express DHL. Highly recommend LCE and will purchase equipment again.

I've dealt with LCE Leamington before and their product condition descriptions are always accurate and priced fairly. Equipment always arrives well packed, but importantly always CLEAN. The FTZ adaptor was in perfect condition, as new.

Delivery was within the 48 hours quoted and you kept me updated as to when it would actually arrive so that I could be in and verify the delivery.

traded in my old lens and received a fair price. Purchased a used lens which was dispatched very quickly and arrived the next day. new lens was in excellent condition as described.
I wound not hesitate using LCE again

Ordered a pair of used binoculars that were supposedly 4* condition £180 Zeiss vs £315 new, absolutely stank of cigarette smoke which wasn’t described. Ordered a different pair again 4* £400 Swarovski vs £730 new, so far out of alignment that they were unusable (double vision) - would have been covered by warranty but have requested refund. I had to pay for return shipment. Waste of time and money. Don’t bother.

Bought online, easy to navigate to the item I was considering. Good price, correctly advertised.

The flash unit I purchased was exactly as described and was delivered quickly and with very good packaging.

The price was fair.
What made the difference is the customer handling.
A delivery company failed the delivery but LCE didn't leave me alone. They took care of the delivery, changed the delivery company, and followed this through until I received my lens.
