A smooth and efficient experience. Even though the item I wanted was in a shop somewhere in the UK and not in a central warehouse, the delivery was swift and secure. Very impressed.

Recommend. Delivery was swift and item exactly as described on the web site. Not had cause for customer service but I feel confident (from other reviewers) that I will get good service. Will use this company again in the future - if the price is right! LOL

Dishonest about stock
Ordered from them on a Wednesday instead of my normal supplier because their website claimed to have everything in stock. Was phoned a few hours later to be told that was wrong and they needed to wait until it came in on Thursday but would get it Friday. Told them I needed it urgently. They then didn't send it Thursday and there was no communication until DPD emailed to say they have problem. Turns out the store put it on a delivery for the following Tuesday anyway. Basically dishonest, uncommunicative and unhelpful.

This is my fourth major purchase from LCE. Before the transaction, I had a nice conversation with Rob at the Lincoln Branch. Everything was amicable and straight forward, followed by a good deal for the 2nd hand battery grip. I received the parcel via 24 hour courier. I have no hesitation in recommending, LCE for anyone looking for their next photographic purchase.
