Established in 1987, and a London Camera Exchange since 2015, we are located in the busy suburb of Gosforth, just a few minutes north of the city centre. We sell all of the best and newest bits of kit, from the leading manufacturers. We offer part exchange and have a comprehensive range of used equipment. Our very friendly team of five are all approachable and knowledgeable. We are all photographers as well as working within the shop, so its not only our business it's our personal interest. So we will always give you our honest advice and expertise.

Delivery problems let down LCE
No problem with LCE, lens arrived well packaged and as described.
The problems were with DPD who failed to deliver the lens as promised. I have contacted them with my concerns

Very satisfactory transaction
Very satisfactory transaction. Accurate information, helpful staff member and a quick despatch. All straightforward. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the delivery company, who got my address wrong! I had to phone to correct it. In the end the item arrived on time, due in no small part to the driver, who had to work through the atrocious weather during Friday's storm. My congratulations to him.

Came into LCE's Exeter store regarding…
Came into LCE's Exeter store regarding fixing my broken camera. They diagnosed the issue to be the board inside related to interfacing with the battery. Since the fix would cost more than an entire replacement we looked at their stock to find that Newcastle had one for a great price. Picked up a used replacement body and lens and am very happy!

We bought a second hand camera that is almost new condition and it was delivered really quickly. Overall, very happy and would definitely buy from them again

Excellent service
I spoke to a knowledgeable and helpful person in the Nottingham branch who suggested it would be faster and cheaper to replace my camera body than to send it for repair. He checked stock and told me the Newcastle branch had a second hand one available . I went online and ordered it and it arrived next day, free delivery.
I’ve now got a working camera to take on holiday! Couldn’t be happier.
