London Camera Exchange - Norwich Avis 

Wanted a small everyday carry with the mft mount . Everywhere was either sold out or was overly priced . London camera exchange was excellent . Had just what I was looking for after I purchased kept me upto date with emails and tracking . Great service

I have been searching for a replacement camera and the range of available cameras is mind boggling. The advice and help provided from the store assistant in Norwich helped me enormously with my decision. After much research and based on the advice given by LCE I eventually purchased my new camera via LCE website, which provided a prompt delivery from their Bath store at great value.

I bought a camera from them but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for me.I returned it to them and they refunded me the same day they received it.

I called my local store to see if they had stock of the camera I wanted. I got through straight away and the man was lovely and helpful. I ended up ordering online due to no store availability. I ordered Saturday afternoon and I had the camera by Wednesday morning. Frequent emails to keep my updated on my order and delivery.

Staff really helpful -ordered a lens but it wasn’t for me and was able to return to the local shop - process was easy and efficient. When it arrived item was in great condition and well packaged.

Quick response, supplied exactly what I wanted and more. Kept me informed at every stage.

LCE is my camera shop of choice, and I have bought most of my photo equipment there, usually online via the second hand section.

This latest purchase went off smoothly as usual, and the camera was as described.

My constructive comment is that it would be good if the LCE selling pages carried descriptions and reviews of the models advertised, or a link to such reviews.

My Lumix TZ70 suffered catastrophic water damage, and I searched for a replacement. Being a Panasonic compact fan it was my plan to source a similar model/year, rather than buy new. Imagine my surprise when researching LCE, the TZ60 came up. In great condition with 2 batteries, a case a 6 month warranty and at a superbly affordable price I contacted LCE online and paid the money. A few days later and it arrives. It is exactly as advertised, and more. I am glad to continue my association with the Lumix TZ series and very grateful to LCE for their speedy,efficient and professional service. Thank you.

Then emails - with receipt, saying it had been boxed up and ready for DHL to collect, emails once collected by DHL & tracking number.
Camera arrived on.time, well packaged.

The lens is perfect, well packaged and just as I expected.
If you could change the courier details, I would have given 5 stars.
Apart from the route via Leeds, when I live in Oxfordshire, the driver would only leave the package on the doorstep, if I wasn't in. That's not good enough for an expensive item.

Finding the products I wanted was easy on the website, communication of order and shipping was appreciated, goods arrived well packaged in excellent condition and on the expected delivery day.
Would not hesitate to recommend

I rang the local shop but unfortunately the binoculars we chose were only available on line. Pity the shop assistant was very helpful and it would have been nice to see before we bought. Anyway the delivery and the binoculars turned out to be great.
