It wasn’t delivered when it should’ve been as we were travelling home , a quick phone call and parcel was rebooked for the Monday And code number given and was sorted . Very satisfied with service

Great value at LCE
We have had SLRs and DSLRs for over 40 years but only bought brand new items. So, we wanted a particular lens which was quite expensive, if available. Several camera dealers had one but we identified a used example at LCE Oxford described as "4Star" and "Good condition". It had to travel from Oxford to Sheffield to the Peak District but it arrived less then 24 hours after payment. If LCE had described it as "5Star" and "Mint", we would have believed it. No marks and no wear on the lettering. If we had bought a reconditioned one from Nikon, it would have cost twice as much. Highly recommend LCE and in particular the Oxford branch.

Excellent website and service.
I was looking for a battery grip for a Leica SL and saw one on the website. I liked the way an item is removed from the website and a link is sent, so you can buy it without rushing. I have lost out on items whilst in the process of paying before. Communication from LCE is excellent and prompt. Item well packaged and delivery by DPD local had excellent tracking information and was delivered on time.

Preowned gear
I bought a lens recently from this branch. It was an excellent transaction as it included optional extras such as case and hood whiche were not advertised.The lens was immaculate in condition. Great communication into the bargain.
