Ordered a used lens, condition as described and delivered in 24hrs, what more can I say, excellent service as always.

Spotted this deal while browsing. Contacted the shop and Communication was spotless. I got a response every time I made contact. I was sent a link, purchased it and within moments, I received a confirmation email that the Camera had been shipped! Received the next evening by DPD! Very pleased for a pretty good deal.

Ordered at 10am and was with me by 1pm the next day. And this was between Christmas and new year when the post is famously bad

I purchased a Mindshift bag and was kept informed right through the purchase from ordering to receiving, an excellent service provided 👍😊

Very good. Needed a quick replacement for my broken D5300 and found a good second hand one after taking advice from an excellent person at the Plymouth branch. After my trip to India I will be back in to upgrade to a full frame set up.
Can’t recommend enough, wouldn’t look anywhere else now. Total trust.

Friendly staff in the Plymouth shop and smooth and efficient online ordering process with quick delivery of cameras in excellent condition almost new looking.

It’s so great to meet people who really know their stuff. The store had a decent stock of binoculars and with a specific request for binoculars good for birding, we were guided through the pros and cons of various price points in a friendly unpressured manner. Brilliant salesperson ! In the end the right option for us was to go for an open box option at another camera exchange store…. And we were blown away by the efficiency of the process … ordered at 15.30 on Tuesday, they arrived by DPD by 15.30 on Wednesday . No extra postal charge. Can’t fault either the store or the online experience.
