Shop service was excellent.
Delivery via D P D was terrible. The driver turned up and took a picture of the house next door and claimed we were not home after waiting in for him.
The shop e-mailed DPD bur never got a response. Delivery was made later on the following day

The sales chap at Southampton was very informative about the lens I was interested in when I called and he clearly explained the procedure to follow ifI wanted a to go ahead and purchase it.

The online purchase was straightforward and the lens arrived well packed the next day. First class service again.

Talked on the phone ,to one who knew about photography and cameras, he didn't force any other camera or make ,as I already knew what I wanted and helped with other parts to go with Camera and Lens, Bonus, took day's to reach me as I don't live in the UK, saved a lot too as the VAT was removed (we don't do VAT here) postage was HIGH, so Thank You Matthew .

Theydid all that I needed on time and in good condition

Excellent service and very prompt delivery. The lens I bought was quite a bit cheaper than I could find anywhere else. It occurred to me that it might not be in as good condition as stated but it is superb, looks brand new and works perfectly. i would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I'm extremely happy with my camera and lens kit purchase. The price was very keen and the kit in pristine, pretty much unused condition. Delivery was fast and secure with DPD.
