I’m extremely disappointed with this Data Analysis course. My experience has been frustrating from start to finish, and I honestly regret enrolling.
First of all, the support is practically nonexistent. Whenever I needed help, it felt like I was left on my own. For a course that promises guidance and career support, this was one of the biggest letdowns.
On top of that, I feel like they use misleading information just to sell the course. Many of the things they advertise simply aren’t true in practice. The expectations they set during the sales process do not match the reality once you’re enrolled.
What made things even worse was how they handled my personal situation. I went through a very difficult time — my father was hospitalized, and I had to undergo a serious surgery myself. I explained clearly that I wasn’t in a position to continue the course at that moment. Instead of offering real support or understanding, the only solution they gave me was to delay the course by six months. This didn’t help at all — it only made things more stressful and complicated for me.
Overall, the course lacks empathy, proper support, and honesty. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable or supportive learning experience.

vast amount of resources to help any kind of person study in whatever hours they have free in the day, plenty of help all through the process of getting signed into the learning platform and understanding how every aspect of the website works on percipio, constant flow of emails asking to book in calls/check-up's to see how you're getting along with your learning and a very good attitude from the learning people with helping in regards to any issues or concerns you have going forward! id definitely recommend them if you're considering a career change or any sort of fresh start into a career that you'll be happy you started with the learning people.

I enrolled with Learning People for multiple CompTIA certifications including Network+, Security+, A+, and PenTest+. Unfortunately, my overall experience has been disappointing.
While they do provide administrative support (such as booking exams and checking progress), the most important part — technical support and structured learning — is lacking. The course content is not well organised, and at times it is difficult to understand, especially for beginners. Much of the learning ends up being self-study.
They require you to achieve around 80% in internal assessments before sitting the exam, which is quite challenging without proper guidance. Despite paying a significant amount, I felt that I had to rely on my own effort and external resources to actually prepare for exams.
The platform and materials also feel outdated, and there is limited real instructor support when you need help understanding technical topics.
In my opinion, if you are going to study mostly on your own, it may be more cost-effective to use online platforms (like Udemy or similar), which offer structured courses at a much lower price.
One important lesson I learned is to carefully read the contract before signing. Once you commit, it can be very difficult to exit the agreement.
Overall, Learning People may be suitable for non-technical courses, but for technical certifications like CompTIA, I would advise others to think carefully before enrolling.
