Wow,what a product,recently purchased a litre of leather cleaner for our white leather settee’s ( bad purchase ,,the settees😩) got fed up purchasing numerous wipes and other spray products came across this company ,had to give it a try, blown away how easily it cleaned away the dirt , and the blue colouring from me sitting on the settee in jeans,and all the slobber from our Great Dane (plenty of that 🤣🤣) ,cleaned so fast and easy,the wife has now told me that it is now my job,,,,normally put trainers in the wash when they look a bit grubby,not now,,,,sprayed with the cleaner,,,like new 👍,Any chance of adding a fragrance to your products,Asking for the wife ,Again great product⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stupidly treated a leather jacket with a polish containing wax, which was great for weatherproofing but messed it up and it started turning grey - something to do with natural oils "trapped"? I don't really get it, but Leather Repair stripped it all off and returned the jacket to a beautiful, as-new condition. I couldn't be happier. It took a few weeks and was not cheap but not extortionate either. Worth every penny to rescue a favourite jacket that was basically ruined.

Been dealing with Isobel recently…started off with me asking a basic question on one of their products… she took it upon herself to find out what my project was, and asked my understanding of how I thought the best way to go about it was. Glad she did, as she gave me a tonne of useful advice and suggestions, even before I purchased anything! I am embarking on a total colour change of a luxury leather jacket, and without her I would have messed it up! Thank you so much Isobel, words cannot do the advice you gave any justice.

I have a Cerutti jacket made from Nappa leather and very expensive. It had an18 cm complex tear.
I had a lot of communication with the contact person. She was very patient an helpful throughout our 15+ email exchanges.
The repair was done very rapidly.
The repair was so good that I had to look for the repair.
When I lived in Switzerland, they told me that it was impossible to repair. Cerutti told me the same thing. So, Leather Repair did the impossible.

I'll start by saying I'm not completely disappointed by the quality of their products. They performed and smelled slightly better than just using water.

I’m quite disappointed that the owner of the company used a community Facebook group to masquerade as a concerned citizen and acquire my trust, to then con me into buying products from the company without declaring his affiliation. The products were extremely expensive, coming at prices like £30/litre for some fancy labels and colourful solutions, but on further research these magical cleaning products turned out to be standard watered-down detergent. So the products basically failed to work as advertised. I had purchased products recommended by this 'good Samaritan' and followed the instructions according to the video he sent me. When it left patches all over my beautiful armchair I emailed them to seek help for the poor results, and instead of giving me solutions, they tried to blame me for the product not working by coming up with accusations about how I must have used them incorrectly... I tried several times to clarify to them what I’d done, but they went into denial and tried to pontificate about chemistry that they didn't really understand.
Instead of presenting the situation as my wrongdoing, which it categorically was not, they should have apologised for the poor performance of their products and offered me a refund or a free sample to retain my business and my trust.

Lastly, their email correspondence was poor. They ignored several of my emails, and when they did not, their response was significantly delayed - and frankly, the content wasn’t worth the wait. In fact they were quite rude and wrote unlettered bumbling responses in an unprofessional tone.

Was on vacay here, and broke my shoes ;(

Stumbled across the product range after buying a second hand suite in need of some TLC. Gave the cleaner and protection cream a shot and it exceeded my expectation. By far the best products I've used over the years. The cream goes on like a dream, allows for control over sheen level and the leather is supple and pleasant to touch. Encouraged decided to tackle some other issues on another piece of furniture. Had trouble with colour choice and the customer support was near instant and brilliant. Since then I tried the leather softening cream, which has done a fabulous job softening and evening out the colour on the sections with worn coating. Looking forward to getting on with the toughest challange of dealing with some ink stains and matching dye in some places.

Absolutely fabulous company. Had a golf club bag "hood" that had been badly marked with paint over 20 years ago. An amazing job and the result was brilliant. And all products are absolutely incredible. we have our own Leather Repair Company in Korea. so we have used and studied most of all products they have during the course. I guarantee that these products are much better than you are using now.
It was really good time to share our knowledge and skills. (Actually we had learned more and more from him)

I bought what would've been a once beautiful Feraud leather jacket second hand, at a cheap price, hoping I'd be able to get it repaired. It was ripped in places, worn out and faded, so I just asked for the Leather Repair Company to do the best job that they could as I didn't expect them to be able to fully restore it.

But when I got the jacket back I was amazed as it looks as good as new and feels so soft! I highly recommend the Leather Repair Company! Many thanks!

One of the best products I've ever used, has done an amazing job at rejuvenating my leather products and made them look brand new again. Simple to use but the results are truly fantastic, the only regret I have is not discovering their products sooner, definitely buy from again.

I started from scratch with no knowledge about Leather but need the expertise for my business. I had a broken zip on a treasured motorcycle jacket that I've had for 15 years. The seams for the zip were buried deep inside folds of triple-stiched leather for abrasion protection purposes and therefore extremely difficult to get at. Not only has the zip been entirely replaced as though it was the original zip, the leather repair company also worked with me to add additional retaining strap in matching leather to lessen the stress on the zip at the waistline. It looks great and is a very discreet addition to the jacket. Extremely happy - excellent job.

I was astounded by the change made to my ancient (25+ year old) dried out, scratched USA made Schott jacket.

It looks almost new - I’m very pleased with it and would not hesitate using this company again.

I purchased the leather stain remover online.
It was delivered really quickly and I can highly recommend this product.
I had some really heavy denim blue staining on my
light grey leather drivers car seat. A few dabs and wipes with the stain remover and it was gone.
I was absolutely amazed how quickly and easily it removed the marks which were over quite a large area.
