Good service for LED lights

Ordered a large amount of LED lights. A few of the strips were not the correct colour, contacted Michal who sent replacement strips within a few days. Great support when trying to buy the correct drivers and even ordered in a few more dimmable ones for the setup that were not available online.

Response to faulty panel

One of my panels developed a fault and I called Ledison. Apparently the panel had a 5 year warranty and I had excellent service. I was sent a replacement very promptly and at no cost to me. Often you only find out if a company is any good when something goes wrong.

Customer service

Had to reach out to customer services due to the wrong item being delivered accidentally, i spoke to a guy called michal who was extremely helpful and had the correct fitting sent out straight away and received within a couple of days. Top customer service!

Avoid this company...

Avoid this company. They have little or no customer support, each time I called they would not answer until I selected "sales", surprise, surprise! I was told by the man in sales that he would pass the message on and someone would phone me, they did not. Instead, I received an email saying that I had requested a refund. This is not in fact true. I have now received my refund, but only after threatening to report them to Trading Standards. Note to the company, if you are going to sell products, in my case lights, you must have the customer support to help. This company does not.

Only one star as I can't give zero

Only one star as I can't give zero. Order not inconsiderably expensive T5 LED tube light. Arrives poorly packaged. Neither work (unless you enjoy delayed strobe lighting). In addition to the £8 postage charge to deliver this utter rubbish, I must also return them by UPS to receive the return postage, and will be charged £10 if I don't include a returns form. Who sent the faulty items in the first place...? I used this company on the basis of their trustpilot reviews, but would advise you d0 not.

Ledison lighting in my experience have… great customer service, people and products

Ledison lighting in my experience have great customer service, I had a problem of my own making with an order from them, Michal from sales went above and beyond to correct my error. I can only say based on my experience they are helpful knowledgable of the product and do their best to satisfy the customer. I purchased LED dimmable tubes and have yet to instal them all, one done as a test works fine. Highly recommended.

Everything went nice and smoothly, highly recommended! The bulbs I received are also very solid, you can feel the quality

Don’t expect communication when things go wrong

What a joke of a company, unprofessional would be a step up.

I placed an order for 4 led tubes 14th January and all 4 tubes were faulty. After a lot of back and forth with sales, I was advised to send the tubes back at my cost and if found to be faulty, a full refund would be issued including the cost to return the items. 18th Feb I got a reply from sales stating that the tubes were faulty and she would get accounts to process my full refund. To date, I have not received any refund or a reply to all of my emails. You are unable to get to a human being via phone so email is the only route.

Avoid, not worth the stress.

No regard/ respect for their customers

I purchased some tube lights from these guys, which according to the delivery dates, should have been delivered on 19 July. I booked an electrician to do the work on 20 July. However the order didn’t arrive in time and I had cancel the electrician paying cancellation charges. I called the company on 20 July and spoke to a man who promised the item would arrive on 21 July. However the order didn’t arrive on 21. I received an email on 21 July with the tracking number and the guy at the service desk informed me the item was despatched by the next day delivery, to be with me on 22 July. However I later found out the tracking number was not valid. I called them once again on 22 July and the guy informed me he would check with the couriers and call me before 1200hrs. I waited till 1200hrs but didn’t receive the phone call. I called the company again and this time the man informed me he was sorry that the item won’t be delivered on 22 but on 23 July. As I expressed my disappointment with the service I had received, the guy became defensive and then passive aggressive stating I should be patient that they were under a significant pressure and deliveries were delayed, beyond the dates promised. I complained about the company not keeping to their confirmed delivery date, as this had not only inconvenienced me but also caused me a financial loss. Neither did they provide me any updates on the delays in delivery, so I could either purchase alternate items and cancel this order or make other arrangements. He very rudely told me off in response. I asked him to provide me with his CEO email address and he told me he won’t do so. I had to remind me his obligations under Consumer Rights Act 2015 which he completely dismissed, calling me names and blaming me!
From the accent of this person it seems the customer service is either based outside the UK or manned by people not familiar with courtesy or etiquette of talking to customers!
I haven’t even received the items but I can say with confidence this company has absolutely no regard or respect for their customers!

What a catastrophe....

I ordered £380 worth of LED Lights, an LED transformer, and dimmer switches on 25th January 2021 as a retail consumer. I received a shipment after about a week minus the dimmer switches - and the wrong downlights - I ordered 12W Fire Rated LED downlights and got ordinary 8W downlights instead all previously opened and the magnetic outer surface bezel missing from one of the downlights, they didn't have another bezel to replace the missing bezel.

I was given an apology plus a UPS returns label and returned the 8W downlights with an email explanation that the 12W Fire Rated lights were no longer available and got a credit for them and the dimmers. Fair enough!

I tested everything to check that everything on my order worked, all worked, but foolishly I forgot to measure the length of the LED strip lights.
The 5m roll of 24V LED lights ordered measured 3.1m again the package had been previously opened and had been cut short. When I complained on Feb 27th that I was short changed on the length of 24V LEDs I got this response

"The RGB is always delivered in rolls of 5m it is seldom to have 3M in a roll

I'll investigate and send a replacement

However this order was delivered a months ago it is better to advise us earlier when you have issues with an order."

So today, I got the replacement 24V LED roll, all 1.9m of it in marked 5m packaging. So now I have 5m in total, just not in one length.... go figure. I wanted 5m in one roll, I now have 5m in two lengths with two sets of 4 wire connectors. I was trying to build a dropped ceiling light box with enclosed downlights and a strip of LED uplights. The 1.9m strip was cut right to the edge of the cut point so that I wouldn't be able to joint it and would have to lose another 6 LEDS. The fact that it was a 1.9m roll made me think that it was very petty, why couldn't I get a replacement 5m roll? I would have returned the 3.1m roll in return.

Draw your own conclusions about - not a positive experience for me.

Helpful sales support, fast delivery, great product.

I was looking to order LED light tubes to replace old fluorescent tubes I had in my kitchen. I emailed their sales support team (Steve) to ask if their product was suitable. I received a quick, helpful response confirming it was and my subsequent order arrived 2 days later. Excellent product and service.
