Do not purchase. Tech support was awful. Bought 4 puck lights for a built in glass cabinet. Hired an electrician to install the lights (electrician not cheap!).

There is no on/off dimmer switch on these lights (not spelled out clearly in the description). Waving your hand over the dimmer switch as designed did not work. Electrician had to bang the dimmer switch to get different colors and dimming. But the lights go off by themselves. Banging to get the lights to go on will eventually get them to go on (usually!), but quickly dim off. Because I have different dimmer switches, the light colors are different. I cannot get the right colors to match because the lights change colors with each bang, dim at different levels and then go off without touching them. Some lights remain on. It is a mess.

They do not sell an adequate amount of wiring so the electrician could place them in my cabinet together with the one outside switch on/off. He had to use wiring from extra lights (I ordered the 4 pack but they sent me 8 lights!) and fashion the lights together in the cabinet. Very poor instructions were included my electrician said. He was very frustrated. He has been in the business decades.

I spoke with the LEDMyPlace tech immediately. Sent him a video of how the lights were going off on their own. NO REPLY. Then I had some medical issues and didn't get back to them until this week. Now they say I'm outside of the 30 day return window. I can't return them anyway because I paid several hundred dollars for the electrician to install them!

In a follow up email last week, I explained their tech already has a video of the light going out on its own. Reminded them that my complaint was made within days of receiving the lights. Surely they can see that.

I want a full refund. No reply to date of my request. So I am writing this review. I don't normally do this type of thing. I am aware that mistakes can happen. Things can break. But the way they are treating me is not right. This was a total waste of money. Sorry but beware of this product and company. This is not a good company who stands by their product.

Don't waste your time with LEDmyplace. Purchased 4 8'tubes. Tried one and it was not bright enough. Returned the bulbs at my expense and their "warehouse" has decided that there is a scratch on two of them and a dimple on the aluminum that I did not damage. LEDMyplace refuses to refund or return my material to me. They have stolen my material and refuse to act in good faith.

My previous review was in error but I can't delete. I am sorry about the confusion.

Customer service was incredible. Extremely fast response. Very rapid shipping.

I am editing the previous review as LED my place has made our situation right. After receiving a call from the warranty replacement manager, they are sending replacement bulbs for the defective ones we ordered. They apologized for asking me to jump through hoops when the 10 bulbs that needed replacing were insignificant to the thousands we have purchased. Kudos to the customer service/warranty department for making it right.

We used to buy all our LED replacement/upgrade bulbs from LEDMyplace. Never again. We received a shipment in June of 10 bulbs to upgrade a customer's bulbs to LED. 6 months later, and every bulb is faulty. They refuse to stand behind their product, and want you to jump through hoops for replacement. Oddly enough, Bee's lighting does not require this type of warranty hassle. Will be using them from now on.

Ordered two 4ft led 22watt bulbs. Only one worked when it came. Has been a real hassle trying to get a full refund. They wanted to only refund me for the one that didn't work leaving me with an oddball tube that did work. Dont buy from these guys. They cant relate the item to the project.

LEDmyplace has always been my go-to-store to order lights from. It has grown exponentially from past few years adding a wide array of product offerings. Ease of navigation and smooth check-out has always bought me back to repeat my orders with them.
