Really great from start to finish
Really great from start to finish, walking distance to airport, no tickets to worry about the barriers just detect number plates .. would recommend.

Very good experience
Very good experience. Parking was easy to find and buses are regular to the airport. No tickets needed as there is number plate recognition.

Positive outcome
After initially experiencing problems with instructions for the car park and incurring fees, then following a review I submitted on trust pilot, I was contacted by customer services. They were very helpful in providing a positive outcome and wanted to ensure I didn’t leave with a negative attitude towards Leeds Bradford airport. Thank you to Hannah and Charlie.

Disappointed
On arrival everything was excellent. On leaving our car was as far away as the entrance barrier. My husband is wheelchair bound and I would have appreciated the car being brought to the cabin. The lady at reception was polite but dismissive. Hardly “meet and greet” more like “that’s where the car is, get on with it”.
Manoeuvring cases and a wheelchair down a slope is not acceptable for a 78 year old female.
Our experience last October was perfect which made this visit more disappointing.

Easy to find
Easy to find, there were a few spaces to choose from and were very helpful and responsive when I was to be charged £140 for my stay on top of the pre booking I had confirmed on line

Leeds Bradford airport
We didn't like the on-going building works ( didn't seem any different to last year).
Security going out was very good.
We had a 20 minns queue through Border Control coming back.
From getting off the plane in Majorca ,it took 20 mins to be through the Airport and outside - why can't you do that ?.

Flight was delayed but I was only 15…
Flight was delayed but I was only 15 minutes after midnight leaving the car park and was charged an additional £48 to leave. Won’t be using again!
