Great selection of beers, good prices and excellent customer service. I've ordered from them a few times now, and most recently a beer was unavailable but I was really impressed with the level of communication, Adrienn proactively contacted me and asked what I would prefer to do and then a refund was with me the next day.

Fantastic company. Brilliant selection of beers and prompt secure delivery. I left my last order a little late and had brilliant engagement keeping me updated on the status of my delivery and its progress. The beers arrived on time and I really couldn’t have had an easier smooth experience than I had. I won’t be ordering my beer from anywhere else.

Lovely selection of beers, and getting my build a box shipped was easier, with better communication this time around.

When using a smartphone browser, the website is clunky at best and it's still not possible to log into your account and see previous orders, so you have to do this on a PC/laptop, which is frustrating.

Finally - a proper, diverse beer subscription service. Boxes always have lots of interesting, varied styles and breweries, haven't had a boring/poor selection yet. Darks, milds, Belgians, not just the hazy pales.
