This was my first trademark in the USA (i am from Canada) and he took the time to explain to me exactly how it works, what happens before/during/after the trademark, and was very patient with me. I made a few mistakes here and there and had to re-email him every time i'd notice and he would do the required changes. Legal Sherpa really goes out of their way for their customers, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a headache/hassle free USA trademark experience. 5 stars all the way!
