She made everything much easier and was always happy to answer my questions and provide support when needed. I really appreciated her professionalism and excellent customer service. I was in a particularly busy period at work and really needed someone reactive to help me NOT worry about the guarantor process I needed to do. Alishia Best was very fast and professional in her replies and really made things far easier for me. Very good service and well done.

Having never needed the service before I used legal for landlords to handle the requirements needed to gain a possession order on a property. Nicola carpmail dealt with the process, kept me well informed with the process & timing to court.

the landlords charter company had me signed up explained my broadband and the scientifis as well as insurance for home and electrical and bank details done knew every configuration and price absolutely the wizards of Oz I wish my precision was as precise like that his mannerisms and thought process taking in consideration my impairments was without ssying

Very patient, kind very polite

They messed our application up said we hadn't paid rent on months when we had paid it early everytime deleyed our move by a month so i had to pay another months rent on the property i was already in. They messed the WiFi up I'm still waiting 2 weeks later to get it sorted. Basically there just a insurance company sticking there nose in where it dosent belong making an already long process even longer. Customer service is shocking it's like all they employ is chimps who mash thier knuckles on the keyboard in hopes something might happen avoid these at all cost or go to another estate agents that don't deal with these utter utter morons at legal for landlords!!
