What Customer Service?
When we went to have a look from motorhome, we had fantastic service from a lady who answered every question we had showed us around and had time and patience with us. How things change when we went back to pick it up. The work that we had discussed with the previous person wasn’t done and couldn’t be done at this time yet they were still prepared to let us come and pick it up without telling us. When we had a problem, it meant we would have to take it back some miles leave it overnight or however long they want it and then go back for it. They didn’t even look at it whilst we’re there. The staff when we went back couldn’t get rid of as quick enough, And despite being told we have plenty of time with somebody who teaches us how to use everything in the van he couldn’t get rid of us quick enough either leaving other couple waiting also. They didn’t tell us we had an extended warranty and we’re letting us pay for a small problem with the van that we discovered after. We’ve since found another dealer who found that we did have an extended warranty and the work it’s needed doing that became apparent on the first habitation check that our New dealer insisted on doing before he took it on was a little worrying. Swift and not the best company for dealing with their warranties it has to be said and we weren’t told this either. The acquaintances that told us of their good experience have also changed their mind a little it’s a shame that a company with such a wonderful name that’s been around for years that’s people down so
