Great staff that are friendly and…
Great staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. I recently bought a new Cube Agree thanks to the advice from the staff at the shop, they we're able to hear the features that I wanted and suggest different models at different prices to help me get the best value I could. They were even happy to get bikes in that I wasn't specifically looking at so I could have a sit on them to test for size and comfort.

Fantastic shop and great team
Fantastic shop and great team of staff! Very knowledgeable, experienced and happy to help. I got my current bike from here and service was so good that we just got my 11 year old their first full suspension bike from here too. Great deals to be had year round and if they don't have it in stock they are always really helpful at either ordering it in or letting you know where you can get it.
Also, from a service and maintenance side I can honestly say that I wouldnt take my bike anywhere else, their quality is second to none! I can't say enough good things to be honest. Customer for life right here

Well worth a visit to the Frodsham store
Visited the Frodsham store again to collect an order, they are such lovely, helpful people in there, knowledgeable, professional and all-round great people.
The shop is always well stocked with a wide variety of products.

Highly recommend Leisure Lakes
Just purchased a new Specialized bike for my daughter. We knew which bike and size we wanted and found Leisure Lakes bikes were £80 cheaper than anywhere else. We ordered online and did click /collect from the Frodsham store. Staff were helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend, I will shop here again.

I bought some cycling trousers on their…
I bought some cycling trousers on their website and they arrived within a few days, however they weren't what I was expecting, so I reviewed their returns policy and it said I could take them to a store, which I did. The staff were very helpful and advised on a suitable substitute, my refund was processed quickly, all in all a good company to deal with.
