New carbon wheels upgrade where fitted to my road bike super fast turn around from the workshop & staff where all very helpful. Great service & advice.

Friendly enthusiastic staff. Plenty of advice and help at pick-up and good communication while the bike was being built.

Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Ordered my new mountain bike online and collected it from the store in Lancaster. The team were very friendly and knowledgeable, talking me through all the adjustments that can be made to the bike to get it set up and to adapt to different trails. I will 100% be using the shop again even though I'm based over in Liverpool.

Bought mudguards on-line
Bought mudguards on-line, really quick delivery but unfortunately went down hill faster than the bike I bought the mudguards for. Package had already been opened and items were missing. Sent photos of packaging. They wanted me to take the box to a post office and pay for its return. I explained that I was unable to take a large box two miles away and the reason for ordering on-line is to have it delivered to my door. I pointed out that there was no quality control on their part and was not prepared try and carry a large box 2 miles to the post office. They are not prepared to arrange a courier to collect "just for some mudguards" but are also now not prepared to replace them saying if I cannot take them to the post office they will send missing items, I don't know how many items are missing nor do they! I bought a new bike from a different supplier to try and improve my health, having been locked down for two years almost, I have a disability that affects my ability to get about and using a bike seemed a good option to improve my health. Unfortunately after many emails the situation is still unresolved.

Dry warm hands!
Purchased Mens Madison Avalanche gloves in medium. Hands are toasty warm when cycling in chilly conditions. Hands stayed dry for most of the 4 hr Wye valley ride in torrential rain. Water that came in was minimal and easily warmed up. Aside from a pair of Washing up rubber gloves I defy any gloves to keep hands bone dry in those conditions. This is my second pair, would purchase again.

Service and support is always first class, the team are excellent and always go above and beyond. It's the best of both worlds the reach and capacity of a chain but the personal service of a local bike shop.
