Leisure Lakes Bikes - Preston/Southport Avis 

Got a bike through the "cycle to work" scheme, and had absolutely no issues. Communication with the shop was perfect and delivery was delightful. it would be nice to receive a notification of the delivery tho, but still great service.

Recently ordered a bike online with LL bikes which stated it was in stock and would be dispatched within 7 working days the bike came well over a week late. Customer service was poor and took a while to reply when I enquired about an update. Upon eventually receiving the bike and unboxing it there was damage to the frame near the crank some deep scratches where the paint had come off. And also some damage further Down the frame what looked like it had been touched in with some paint. I'd consider looking elsewhere when your in the market for a bike or go into one of there stores and look in person. Was a lesson learnt on my part and I will definitely avoid buying anything from them again.

Had a bit of a mix up with the order but got sorted. I have ordered many times from Leisure Lakes and will continue to do so. Thier prices are very competitive and delivery is quick.

Not five Stars because I see that you are not carrying the stock that you used to, I am looking for a new bike but there was nothing like the range that I would be interested in, so I will wait and see what happens as we get into Summer.
