Leisure Lakes Bikes - Wolverhampton Avis 

Went to leisure lakes bikes West Brom having rang beforehand to make sure they had the electric e bike I wanted in large told them I wanted to know before I set out as I was coming 25 miles ride away they assured me they had the bike in stock and ready to assemble on arrival told the sales assistant the bike I’d come to collect to which she told me it’s not here at this store it’s it our daventry store their attitude was not good their all just standing around doing nothing watching you as you walk around what a horrible experience I’d never recommend the place such a shame as they have some nice bikes in if they had a better attitude I would have brought a better bike but the sales assistant just walked off so fast after telling me this steer clear from this place

Excellent customer Service - my son had asked for a specific bike that he was paying for part from his birthday and saved money, so when he eventually got to order he was so excited; I then had a call from Leisure Lakes Bikes who advised the bike he had ordered was no longer in stock like it had said on website. Their next advice was that due to it being their fault, they were going to provide the newer version of the bike at no extra cost. Can you imagine, my son was absolutely over the moon at the news and it very easily could have been the complete opposite had they not offered the compensatory newer version of the bike. I would definitely go back to Leisure lakes bikes with the trust they are a company with stance to hold up to doing what they say they are going to do. They even provided photos of the built bike when it was ready to collect. Well done Leisure Lake Bikes, I will definitely be returning for our new bikes in the summer. Thank you

Ordered bike Christmas Eve on website. Collected bike the day after Boxing Day. Very straight forward and efficient collection of the bike with no hassle. Bike ready when they said it would be which was only a few days after I ordered it, and I got a call to say it was ready.

Cannondale Moterro carbon LT2 Bought at Leisure lakes bikes. Great service by the store and a great price. The only thing I can fault about the bike is the downgraded brakes, otherwise really happy.

Extremely helpful, friendly and informative. With no clue about e-bikes their customer services skills were excellent and advice was brilliant. They took the time explaining options with regards to bike spec that suited my size.

The staff are really helpful & they’ll look for cheaper alternatives that are just as good as branded items I.e 12 speed cassette & chain saved me money on these items .

Picked up a new bike today. Ran into a snag with the bike which was going to be expensive to get around. Staff there totally sorted us out even though they did not have to. Cannot recommend highly enough!
