I found myself in a position where I needed cash fast for my business to buy inventory that was unexpectedly being closed out. Unfortunately I was already pretty leveraged and my bank told me a credit increase would have to go through underwriting and I could not wait so I contacted Lendistry. I had my cash a few days later, but I paid for it, hence the four stars. Their rate was 5.5 points higher then my bank. Still, outside of the price shock, I do not think I could have closed the deal without them and everything else was painless.

How does this company know my email address if I've never done business with them? Totally unethical business marketing practices.

The process required me to have a US social security number, which I don't. Fine. So I just didn't go through with it.

But Lendistry now keeps sending me spam to push me to finish my application. I have responded and told them why it's literally impossible for me to do so, but their representative clearly ignored the shit out of my email and kept sending me spam anyway.

The spam does not display any unsubscribe button. Instead, it reads "Please note: This is not a promotional email." lol yes it is you dipshits.

Ease of use. Consistent, courteous, proactive and responsive communication. Pretty transparent process. Relatively quick processing.

Useless response to a question. They are idiots. They chat person tries to pass me off to the phone number which I already spent 20 minutes on hold!

The process was fairly easy. I was able to submit documents online and my advisor was timely with their communication.

These guys really came through for me on an SBALoan!
The ins and outs of an SBA loan aplication was frustrating and they kept me calm and offered support during entire process. Im really happy I worked with them.

Tell you the truth the communication wasn’t clear if you’re going to work with this you need to have a broker or somebody to navigate this wasn’t fair on them because the policy had changed this year with the SBA Loans and required all the banks to have new software and new things Which made it very difficult. Right now I’m not sure how to pay the loan. I have to make a phone call this coming week to figure it out five star because they’re good people. I just don’t think it was fair on them or any other bank that was experiencing this shift of new policy. I am grateful For them in the process and making this happen.
