I love leni swims!! I’ve ordered at least 5 swimsuits from them now and definitely keep ordering. They’re so comfortable and don’t have to be adjusted over and over again as you wear them. They hold up super well material and color wise. I also loveeeeee a reversible swimsuit so double plus!!!

I sent a swim top back that was too small and chose a new top to exchange it for. I received an email saying my return piece was received but have never gotten my replacement piece.

Customers from Europe should avoid at all costs!!
The bikini is very nice but I had to order two sizes as I was unsure about what would actually fit me.

I wanted to return one size that didn't fit and keep the rest but for returnd from Europe you need to ship it back to their warehouse in Australia!

The shipping cost was the same as the bikini cost so I just kept it and now basically paid double as I cannot be reimbursed.

Would never order again unless they open a warehouse in the EU for EU returns.

The bikinis are incredibly cute and high quality, but what impressed me the most was their customer service. Lucia was the most incredible customer service rep! She went above and beyond to help me get the suit of my dreams in plenty of time for a vacation I was going on. It’s unfortunately so rare these days to find customer service like what I received with Leni Swims. I will be a customer for life thanks to Lucia!!

Best customer service and quality. Responded to me same day about my sizing and when I received them the quality was perfection. Highly recommend. The prints are also so cute in unique.

Was sent bikinis with loose threads and the bottoms came with no sanitary liners. I reached out and they refused to refund me and they claimed their cameras got video of new bikinis being packaged but that's not what I received. I've reached out multiple times and keep getting the run around.

i ordered the bikini set in small for both the top and the bottoms and theyre sooo soft and buttery and it honestly puts all my shein bikinis to shame. i dont even wanna wear them any more!! love love LOVE xx

They're a legit swimsuit company with good customer service. Quality ranges from good to so-so for the price. I wrote a three star review of a product on their site but it's not showing up. I think they screen out reviews below 4 stars which seems dishonest. If it wasn't for that, I would have bought from them again.

Super cute and comfy suits. They accidentally sent me the wrong size top, but I messaged them letting them know the issue and they sent out the correct one IMMEDIATELY. Amazing customer service.

I love the concept of reversible swimwear, and the designs are super cute. However, their sizing is a bit weird, and they don’t accept returns for a full refund. You can only return items and receive store credit.
