I used Lenson for the first time after using a groupon voucher. I managed to get 150 lenses for just over half the price I used to pay. They arrived 3 days after I ordered them and along with them came a further 25% discount for my next order. I thought I got the best value by buying from Asda however this works out so much better value for money and I don't need to leave the house because it was delivered to me free of charge.

I cannot fault the service. I will definitely just use lenson from now on.

I ordered my contact lenses after purchasing an amazing deal on Groupon. They're perfect and at an amazing price! Came within a few days too! I would definitely recommend to other buyers and I most certainly will continue to use lenson when ordering my next bulk

This is the first time I have used Lenson and must say I am very impressed. I have been using Contacts4lenses for years and have now been waiting over 6 weeks for my lenses to be sent from them. Lenson delivered my order in 3 days and I saved about £30 in the process.

Always great service never a long wait products always good

Website was fairly easy to understand and negotiate. However when the confirmation came through there was no indication which prescription was for which eye. Also happened when they arrived. Not very good when one prescription is stronger for one eye!!!

Excellent service, quick and easy process of buying, good description of products, very prompt delivery. I also managed to apply my discount from groupon which saved me quite a bit of money.

It was quick and easy to use the website to find exactly what I needed with helpful information to find the values I needed.

Good: Easy to use website, best price online (for my lenses on 27th February 2017), good cashback rates with Quidco/TopCashback too.

Bad: Can't pay by Amex, free delivery only on £50+ order and my lenses cost £45.50 (had to buy two lots for £91).

This is my second time ordering my normal contact lenses since I will be running out soon. Good discount offers and when the package arrives it's in a good condition. Will keep on using the service as I am very pleased.

No problems with the order and the cost was fine. However the item was poorly packed and there was a risk of losing some of the contents. I have reported this to Customer Service and it will be actioned

A good choice and really quick delivery

I have been using contact lenses for around 15 years. Last couple of months was so busy and i ran out of stock. Amazingly I found Lenson who saved my time and effort and sent me the stock i needed. Also they will remind me before the expected date to order new ones.

Delivered correct item but slow delivery compared to other sites

Site great, good prices and discounts but delivery slow.

Was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews but the price was significantly cheaper than elsewhere for the lenses (probably because of the large discount applied - I presume this might only be for first orders only and they hope you re-order at the higher price next time...that's unfortunately not clear on their website!)
However, the order was shipped straight away and received within the 5 days specified so I was very pleased with the service I received.
Now let's see what price my next order comes in at before I commit to using them for every order!
