Consistent and Great Value for money
Lenson consistently provide great customer service and low prices. I have only ever had a few issues and they were dealt with efficiently and I was made to feel like a valued customer. There are constant discounts sent out to customers with much better value than other providers.

disappointed in the delay took 15 days to deliver
This is the first time i have used this lens service. I was very disappointed that they took my money directly from my bank account and the lenses were not delivered for another 15 days.
Considering the lenses are prepacked and on a shelf service extremely poor.

Hi Clive. We are sorry to hear you are disappointed with our delivery times. Normally our delivery time is 2-5 working days and 95% of all our orders get shipped the same day. Your order had a delivery time of 3-12 days due to the fact we did not have your entire order in stock when you ordered from us, and we had to order your lenses from the manufacturer. The longer delivery time was communicated with you on the product page, after you filled in your vales, at checkout, as well as on your order confirmation. We are sorry to hear you have missed this information!

Good prices - Awful Ordering Process!
This e-mail I have sent to their Customer (non) Service department about covers things!

Your products are pretty good as are your prices but your web interface and the ordering procedure is just appalling!
Literally, every time I try and repeat an offer using a discount code that YOU email to me, your web interface does not accept the code.
Every. Single. Time.
See the attached for the latest fiasco. (Attached two screenshots of the discount code e-mail Lenson sent to me and another of their website saying the discount code is not recognised)
You can check your records to see how long I have been a customer and for how long I have been putting up with this stupid technological error.
Please get it sorted or you will be losing a customer

Ah I see!
It's MY fault then is it, for not copying and pasting correctly, even though I e-mailed you to confirm I had done it correctly.
This might wash if this was the first time this issue has arisen, but as I pointed out in my e-mails, it happens every time - that's an awful lot of repeated mistakes over the past 2 years by yours truly (and definitely nothing wrong with your web interface...dear me no, you couldn't possibly in the wrong, why the very thought.....)

Hi Peter, Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our interface. The discount codes we send out are working and active. However, when copy-pasting a code into the discount box it could happen you accidentally copy paste a space before or after the code along with it and the code will show as invalid unfortunately. Sometimes it helps to manual type the code instead of copying!
