What a waste of time and effort. Thought it would be better with time after trying it when it first launched - WRONG! First person never showed, other people interested and contacted when first person didn't show. Guess what?! They didn't show either. Honestly I set the expectations bar very low this time around. I have better luck with CL.

I think they have some sort of bots they use. You’ll get interested people that are ridiculously far away. I think they want to make you think that you’re getting activity. The real people that answer have to be the cheapest people on America. They’re looking to pay 5-10% if original price. Ridiculous

It seems to me the folks on here are nothing but window shoppers. No one ever actually buys anything. Don't waste your time period

I get sexually harassed and they flag my account.. I get sexually harassed every day on this app let go .. I fight back I get flagged I report people all the time and nothing EVER happened..

Cant even access the site. They are trying to get your IP and if you don't allow them to have it then it will not allow you to use the site. Very sneaky. I would avoid this site at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!

The concept here is that people are selling things so you are gonna get some mishaps. However when you can not rate and review sellers unless they say you bought something that simply keeps people that are scamming others from being called out on scamming. Bought something that was sold as brand new and the packaging seemed as so. When I opened the product it was horribly old and I can not do anything about it even giving a low star rating because the seller will not verify that I bought the item. If you are selling fake things of course you are not going to let people you screw over to leave comments.

First of all, when u buy something like furniture, the value goes DOWN!!!! These people want top dollar for the stuff they used, and u can see it too: worn down, scratched. It's ridiculous and really sad of how greedy these people on this app are. Sectional, 1 year old $600?!?!?!! OMG, for that price I can get new one! I'm so disappointed and it really made me want to vomit! forget this app everyone, you can find better deals on NEW MERCHANDISE if you only look!! Good luck everyone and really: Do yourself a favor and get new stuff and not give into the lies of how new they say whatever they sell is. People can say anything! They just want the same money they originally spent on it back! It doesn't work like that! It loses value!

My boyfriend bought me LV bag that said was authentic the pictures it posted an authentic LV Bag. When he gave it to me I was so excited so didn’t double check because from far away inspection it looked real until I saw a post online that had the inner lining of an authenticated version of my purse and then after searching the Internet I realized it was Fake!!!!! My boyfriend paid full price for this bag because it’s on waiting list from LV so it wasn’t no deal. This was my 30th Birthday present and it a fake bag that he paid full price. I’m hoping and praying he can get his moneys back for it and I can return it to the trash scammer. Do Not Buy from here! Trash/Fake/Scammers

Letgo is joke and a flop! All these companies grabbing our info and even when they dump you they keep everything. Their income is selling info has nothing to do with anything else. We all have to start being more careful who has our info and what they are doing wwith it. The info world has changed start up companies like Letgo are just grabbing info they like Facebook craigslist and all the rest are in the info business your intimacy is sold every day this stuff is going to bite us all in the butt. Example, how Letgo still be in business with the poorest rating down the line nothing of quality to sell or giveaway? They are living on info. They are the scammers on their own product. Becareful!

This app is horrible it charged me to post another car 399$ so I did and a week later I went to edit my post for my vehicle and I thought I was done then I get a notification that my posting or listing was deleted for no reason it said it was in the wrong category when it wasn't all I did was go to edit my cars details & it kicked my post off & I went to go post it again & now it's saying I need to pay the 399$ again???! Really I did nothing wrong but try and edit my post to my car that I just paid to post in the first place??? Now I can't seem to get a hold of anyone from letgo on any costumer service line or anything??? There is no option to dispute this issue with at all!! No phone numbers nothing? I will make sure the right people are notified about letgo's Horrible app scam

If I could give zero stars, I’d rate Zero stars for Letgo. No legit buyers all scammers. They should ask everyone to verify their account in order to communicate. I’m only keeping my account with letgo to report scammers.

Letgo used to be okay! No its being taken over by people posting their jobs on it! So now everyones not using letgo! Letgo needs to get involved and do something about it! Me and 40 people i know quit using letgo for that matter right there! Lots of scams and fake advertisements on letgo! Stick to craigslist!

Letgo is an untrustworthy platform for sellers and buyers. It is very difficult to differentiate between scammers and honest people, due to the poor design of the website. Because of this, visits to the site are met with instant skepticism. The layout makes everything look fake, and people rarely fill the description with anything informative. Better security needs to be implemented, as well as a rethink of the platform itself. I would not recommend this website if you are looking for something worth more than £10.

No legitimate buyers reached out to me. Every response I got was a robo-response, meaning scammers who were trying to get me to text or call them off the app so they could harvest my personal information. Disappointed, will uninstall and never use it again.

Company needs to create a proper information description form for items being sold. And make it mandatory.
Almost every item people post for sale does not include proper description. I don't want to waste my time guessing on the for sale item.
EXAMPLES:
For sale 55 inch TV. ?
For sale. Computer?
PLEASE INCLUDE BRAND AND MODEL NUMBER.
Myself and others don't want to waste time messaging Seller for this required information that should have been in the description.

on 3-1-2020 My letgo account turned into 2018 everything. All my current listings gone! all my current potential buyers chats gone. All the credibility from reviews and completed sales and verifying myself for years are all gone. No idea why. I constantly saved my location and corrected it but it says something about Leander texas even though I live in cedar park. One of my old phones still has the current info on it but when it get s updated im sure it will also convert to the dead account like my laptop did. please contact me letgo.
