Scam

I just saw their another bad ad on Facebook and it reminded me! I bought a book some time ago and never received it. The support didn't respond to my emails and I didn't get a refund. I think it's a scam, so don't be like me, hahaha

Waste of time

I don't usually write any reviews but I checked out this site out after sitting through one of the ofefrings from Level 5 Mentoring and I just had to share my experience. Seeing all these negative reviews just confirms my gut feeling!
I signed up to a free webinar for coaches offered by Level 5 Mentoring. The webinar started half an hour late!!! No communication from the presenter that there's a delay going on, very unprofessional and disrespectful.
The webinar was a waste of time, way too long and basicaly a long sales pitch for a basic marketing program led by people with no credentials.
Why would a successful coach need to teach other coaches if not to make money??

They have atrocious client service

They have atrocious client service - I sent emails asking for a refund that were never answered. Good thing I only spent a small amount with this company, I wouldn’t trust them with more expensive stuff.
The content is interesting at first, but I agree with the previous reviewers about aggressive upsells and baiting.
I would say see for yourself and decide, but wouldn’t recommend this as the client service is lacking (possibly non-existent).

Level 5 has changed my life

Level 5 has changed my life. More like Mentoring Level 1

Wish I had come to Trustpilot before I paid money for this online event. I gave it two stars, not 1, because there is SOME value in it. As someone who has been in the psychotherapy, shamanic, and energy healing fields for 50 years, here's my take. The process, the "spellbreaking", that Brian uses is basic psychology. Yes, he does help some people. But they're people who have obviously not been around much in deep healing communities because, to me, this is basic psych 101. I used these techniques for decades with clients. They can be very powerful for those who have never realized some basic facts like: we create our own reality, we are manifesting according to agreements we made with ourselves, and we have power -- with intent and insight -- to change ANYthing. The problem is that many people lack the necessary insight, hence the need for therapists and other wisdom givers. However, it has been my experience, over many years of exploring multiple modalities, that knowledge/insight does not necessarily always equal healing. I think this is why so many people are disappointed in this guy's work and why the reviews are so low. The REAL problem, which is not as easily fixed just by gaining insight that you are the one doing something to yourself, is the fact that these issues, these "agreements," have been encoded into both our energy field and our bodies. And the other reason healings fail is because they DO, in fact, involve things outside ourselves, such as malevolent forces. Yet Bryan used the excuse that if you're not getting the relief you desire, it's because you're not "all in." This is simply not true. One can fully engage and be "all in" and still not receive healing if their issue necessitates more than simple insight. Healing is not always as simple as realizing you had a moment when you were two where you decided it wasn't safe to shine your own light so you won't do it anymore. If that is all there is then, yes, this basic stuff can bring about great change. But it often goes deeper than that, necessitating spiritual gifts and skills. I was deeply underwhelmed and disappointed in this event because it does not live up to the idea of "spellbreaking," which is the term he uses. I expected something far beyond simple therapy methods that any GOOD therapist will know. I expected the magic that comes when a healer truly realizes the multidimensional power s/he embodies and extends that to change the frequency in the room and all present. At best I would call this Mentoring Level 1. I have buyer's remorse and wish I could get a refund.

Level 5 mentoring/Brian Dridgway: Fraud Deception Disappointment

A few days ago (15/05/25) I bought 2 digital products from this company (which belongs to Brian Dridgway) and never got the products purchased. I sent the support team an email, but no answer.
This was my second purchased with this company, (by mistake obviously, because I didn't recognise it...) a couple of months ago I made another purchase and the product had no value at all, so I claimed a refund, as they say they have a "money back guarantee", but I never got my money.

I see your purchase from the 15th of May and your email about the access.

We responded to that and sent the access information. Sometimes the emails end up in the spam folder.

I don't see a refund request. However, I have refunded your purchase now.

don't expect a refund

The 30-day money back guarantee is just a sales trick. When you ask for a refund no one will reply to your messages.

I had no results from Brians book and money spellbreak.

No reply from Brian he promises much delivers little

Update - I have now managed to get the attention from Brian through posting in the comments section on FB. I've now been refunded. Yay.
Though I've had some hate mail from a follower of his.

- original post - In the advertising Brian promises a refund of the product. However he has never returned my emails, social media messages, website comments etc in regards to a refund... The product was not as I expected and I also never received a receipt for my purchases.

Avoid this Cult

Hey folks, be careful in making your decision about Brian Ridgeway of South Carolina and Level 5 marketing. Although some very valid points were made at the very beginning. But they are just in it for the money, preying on broke people hurting. It’s kinda sad actually. Anyway, the server the whole thing is kept on is incredibly slow, outdated and everything is pre recorded. They try to recreate the feel of a live setting, but it fails miserably. Don’t ever expect to hear back from Brian well, at all, but the service which they claim to be 24hrs, are completely void of response from anyone familiar with the English language. Oh yeah and never, I mean NEVER expect a refund. Brian and crew have already deleted my comments from Social Media. Don't get sucked in to this guys BS.
