Do not waste your money buying this. The owner allegedly bots his own members because there are so many people named “9xjsu72,” and they don’t even look like actual VALORANT players. This cheat is also a manual-ban risk if you don’t know what config you’re using, and there are a lot of bugs.

I’d recommend OrionCC instead because, in my experience, it’s much better. Some people will probably defend this cheat, but I disagree. A lot of the positive members seem like bots or people supporting the cheat just to get extra keys.

The owner’s support is also really slow. I was trying to buy Phantom and asked some basic questions, but he disappeared for around 1–2 days. If you ask questions like “Why is my aimbot not working?”, you might even get muted or timed out.

This isn’t a fake review or competition. I’m just sharing my experience and warning people before they spend their money on LevelUpLabs.

I used Lite before switching to Phantom. Both products are average, and they do make your aim look fairly human most of the time but you're more than likely gonna get caught within a week or two espeically if you have no experience with closet.

Unfortunately for them thats the only slightly positive thing I can say. Before going any further, I do want to point out that all the positive reviews posted in early August were incentivised by a raffle offering money, so I wouldnt trust a word of it.

The support team is just plain awful. They seem to hire random people who just want a free key and don't actually care. You get very generic responses, and once they burn through their short list of easy fixes, they give up and escalate it to the head of support. You then have to wait around eight or so hours for them to come online. If you have a colourbot issue, it might get resolved then, but support for the woofer is virtually nonexistent.

The woofer is fundamentally broken. I am 99% sure it is a stolen and rebranded tool, given the similar UI and file names to another product. They claim Windows 10 and 11 are supported, but that isn't true. I've seen countless people, myself included, complain about blue screens on Windows 11. The only workaround is downgrading to Windows 10. Once you do that and manage to woof your serials, Valorant throws errors due to the woofer leaving detected drivers. Luckily, theres buttons in the woofer that gets rid of these errors, however after woofing a bug occurs which causes the woofer to crash everytime you input your license. The genius developers behind this made the key sharing detection lock your key to your HWID the moment you click "spoof", so now that you have new HWID serials you are completely locked out of the loader as the license is locked to your old serials, meaning you cant open valorant due to not being able to get rid of the errors. Additionally, the serials have like a 60% revert chance everytime you restart your computer😭 so despite it being branded this way, it is NOT permanent.

The owner might give you a second key to bypass the glitch i spoke about if he feels like it, but he is notoriously lazy and will likely leave you on read half way through the conversation or bs you and say he'll sort it out tonight (he wont). Even if you get a second key and get the game running, you will be hit with a ban within days because the product is detected. When you complain, they will falsely blame it on "user error" no matter how perfectly you followed the guide.

When you open a ticket about the woofer, the initial support staff after wasting abit of time realise they don't have any knowledge or training for your issue so they'll hand you to the head of support. The senior staff then seem to just spin a wheel of random guide steps, blindly telling you to "install C++ runtimes" or "use a VPN," (brilliant advice juju) essentially accusing you of not reading the instructions. After you confirm you’ve already done all of that, they ping the owner. He gives it a half-assed attempt, but you get nowhere because the product is broken no matter how badly they dont want to realise it. At one point, support admitted the issue was on their end, only to backtrack days later claiming it was "fixed" or "turns out it wasnt an issue on our end." (I dont understand why they were giving contradicting answers? Not very trustworthy of them) Nothing changed ofcourse.

In summary, the colourbot is alright, but expect a quick ban. As someone who bought the woofer on release day and has been incredibly patient, been giving it the benefit of the doubt right up until now, do NOT buy the woofer no matter how desperate you are. It is broken, it is detected, and the support is awful. Will definitely be charge backing since despite the website saying "will offer refunds if the product is faulty" i know damn well they won't refund me.

A small update regarding the title, the owner on the 11th of September said "competition is leaving me tons of fake reviews on trustpilot" + "legit all the reviews are fake" which is abit silly since he can read the critism and instead of fixing it he'll just brush it off as competition sabotaging him, just like last time he's offering an incentive for 5 star reviews - "i will do a giveaway once we hit 100 5stars. Please go and enter!"

Do not buy this. I purchased the HWID spoofer on August 17th for $50, and it has been a complete waste of money and time. The software itself straight-up doesn't work—trying to run it just throws a `MEMORY_MANAGEMENT` blue screen on Windows 11. But the real issue is the absolute joke of a support team at LevelUpLabs.

Working at an IT service desk myself, I know exactly what troubleshooting is supposed to look like, and this isn't it. When you bring them an actual problem, they just throw random, lazy advice at the wall like "install DirectX" or "remove your VPN," or they just tell you to follow the same basic guide you've already tried 20 times.

The moment a problem requires actual effort to fix, they completely dodge it. They promise to call you back in an hour, ghost you, and then start ignoring your messages entirely. I even wiped my system and switched between Windows 10 and 11 multiple times trying to find a stable build for their software, and they offered zero technical guidance. Instead of actively helping or just issuing a refund for a broken product, they just close your ticket and leave you in the dark.

Terrible communication, zero accountability, and a complete lack of technical knowledge. Save your $50 and look elsewhere.

Leveluplabs is a very cool guy, and he actually tries to keep his brand alive unlike most owners who do the bare minimum. I have had many experiences with him and his support team all of which are high quality. While I have never BOUGHT his services, I would vouch for his quality and services!

Just don’t be dumb if you don’t want to get banned from games, simple. Very nice staff :D

Greatest Cheat ever, support is always so quick. Never been banned before and I love this cheat its the absolute best.

Total scam. Do not buy anything from leveluplabs.xyz. They sell fake cheats and spoofers, and the whole website is obviously lazy AI-generated garbage.

Their Discord is completely censored if you complain that their stuff doesn't work or try to leave a bad review, they instantly ban you and delete your messages so nobody else sees it. They even hack random YouTube accounts just to spam the exact same promo video over and over to trap new people.
