The process took a bit longer than I expected, but I also had to take part of the responsibility due to personal business. I didn't fill out the requirement form immediately, but I sent it back until the process was completed; it took over one month to get my policy approval. I think it has space to improve it.

Had a very bad experience with their insurance broker Grant Richardson. He is very rude person and he called me an idiot when I asked him to call me later because I am busy and asked him to send me an email. I was in meetings and disconnected the phone but will never recommend this bushy man and his company
