Rather than the quick and simple online…
Rather than the quick and simple online process I was expecting, the application required some back-and-forth phone calls and emails over a number of days. Otherwise, everything went smoothly.

I requested an increase in life cover from Cigna. I dealt with Caleb Hill and his service was excellent. He kept in touch via email and phone calls, I was updated with each step of the process. I am very happy with the service received.
