I've orderd a few times now from Lighting Direct and I must say, they have been great, no issues whatsoever, always delivered prompt and reasonably priced. The site is now my go to company for any decorative fittings needed (electrical company)

I placed an order of different 3 items - 1 of which were 12 of a garden light - it was in stock! Only because I was on my banking app did I notice a partial refund from yourselves.!? I checked online and the 12 items had been cancelled and refunded - NO EMAIL NO NOTIFICATION! I checked online and the said item was still in stock! I had to phone to ask why!! Now the lady I spoke to was very helpful and explained that they thought they had none left but then found some when stock take was done!? I am not sure why it wasnt then allocated to my order and why I had to call to find out Was disappointed by this but the lady on the phone was very helpful and reordered them for me and hopefully will receive soon I think this is an area that could be looked at if this scenario should arise again

Ordered a table lamp ready for our new house which is undergoing renovations. I had been eyeing up for a while as so striking. It was pretty good and delivery really fast. I left a review, a fair review explaining that due to the style it was very heavy on top (mushroom shaped) and to make sure it was far away from being able to be accidentally knocked over as ceramic. Other than that I was saying how lovely it was. The review didn't go up. Customer services then said they'd put it up, it still didn't go up. So they filter reviews.. I cannot order from companies who filter reviews because it makes them untrustworthy - reviews are all a customer has when shopping online. It's a shame because I had already 'chosen' ceiling lamps, ready for the house once the sparky had rewired. 9 of them! But of course, will try elsewhere.

The lights turned up in 2 days and I was worried might look cheap .. but they didn’t and look fantastic .. very pleased

I ordered my rechargeable wall light and received it within 2 days. Great product easy to put up only required 2 screws for the plate what's magnetic. Good quality for the price. Will definitely be using this firm again.

Good prices and very fast despatch and delivery. I ordered at 3pm and the items were with me by 10am the next morning.

I would have given four stars, but the returns process lets it down. I accidentally ordered some incorrect items, and returning them through LD costs at least £6.50. By the time you also factor in the delivery charge, it is simply not worth sending them back.

Speed of delivery was great quality of the product is fantastic. Only thing is when I got the box it was open and it looked like it had been opened.

Everything went well. Asked about the product before I ordered by email. Quick response.

Ordered 3 boxes of festoon outdoor lights for our daughters joint birthday party tomorrow night… the lights came with no power source which is absolutely awful , as it states no where that this is the case! it’s not that obvious that the lights don’t come with the transformer so I now spent almost £100 and have no lights for a specific occasion! Must be the only company that don’t include a plug !!!!!!
Your lights are fine you just need to explain that you don’t sell them with a POWER SUPPLY!!!

What a stunning lamp! Absolutely love it! Love that it's ceramic, quite heavy, looks soooo cool and funky and came really quickly, well packaged and I think at a really good price given the style and the quality. Would highly recommend!
