Shipping/Delivery took longer time than expected or mentioned on website

My order was placed on the 21st of October and haven’t received anything yet noting that today is the 4th of November

We love the Idea, and the contents ,but I wish there were more options in characters customisation and one important thing I got a printing defect like a circle in color in most of the pages I wish u checked it before u send it to me

Overall i had an amazing experience and my kid loves his customized books. I have two comments to help improve the books : On certain pages, like 5 pages, the text color was not clearly visible due to a dark blue background and blue text. It was very difficult to read.
On another page the text was scratched or didn't print properly.

Great options to encourage kids to read and quick delivery.

What didn't work well: I had a discount code given by Lionstory which at the time of checkout didn't work. So i ended up paying the full price without the 20% discount.

What worked well: I liked the story content and customization option thats why I went with Lionstory. I even got delivery for the book 1 week prior to the estimated delivery date which was great.
I wrote back to the team informing about the lack of discount and the team were ver responsive and enough to refund me back the 20% discount directly to my card. Thank you Lionstory team. Appreciate the help and i really liked the book.

Beside the email for initial correction email response, I have not received any single reply back. Cree I have tried to contact by email via the website and email and still no answer. The birthday is tomorrow. I will not be able to use this product as a gift. Why not answer when customers wants an update on their order?
