Thanks for the great service and for the extra little gifts sent our way! I received both books I had ordered in a reasonable amount of time. I love the beautiful illustrations and how they hold life lessons for children. Can’t wait to give them to our grandchildren at Christmas!

One book was sent without the dedication. I also sent a message immediately after requesting to change the dedication which was not made because they had not seen it on time. I would also like to see an option for girls with curly hair.

This is my second book
This is my second book. I liked the first one so much that I bought another one for my other granddaughter. I would like to have seen more hair options for African American children. I actually used the boy Avatar to differentiate between the two girls hair styles.

Easy to order, but limited character physical traits
The website was very easy to navigate and it was also easy to select the book(s) I wanted and create the characters. Checkout was also easy to follow and complete. The reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there needs to be more diversity in the characters in both the children characters and parent characters. For some of the people I was thinking of gifting a book to, I couldn't find anything to match them and that's a shame. You have a great idea and concept here, but it's 2021 and we need to be more diverse and inclusive in regards to allowing more variety of hair colours, skin tones, eye shapes, hair styles, etc. I think it's extremely important that children see themselves as the character as their name is in it and the books are targeted at this age group.

A special & beautiful keepsake!
We absolutely love these beautiful personalized books. They are so well put together and so meaningful. My little ones loved seeing themselves as a character in their books. I also really like the option of putting a picture and message on the back of your book, it is such a special keepsake! I’m so impressed and pleased with our books:) I would definitely recommend these books, they are sentimental and we will cherish them for years to come! Amazing service from start to finish
Amazing service from start to finish. It was such a fun and easy process designing the books even down to eye colour personalising for my children. Delivery was fast and kept up to date through email throughout the whole process!
