Purchased a pair of jeans for my teen daughter. In the excitement, the labels were removed. Daughter realised they were slightly too tight and needed a larger slze. The exchange/refund process is not easy. Subsequently 'declined' as the labels were missing and I didnt have the original bag. In addition, accused me of washing the jeans as there was an 'odour'. Can not believe the cheek of such an accusation. As a small business, they should do much better. Ill be sticking to larger and more established brands going forward.

When it comes to my money and clothing I really don’t mess about. Sent a email regarding an item received yesterday, no response. Purchased a few of your items via asos, liked very much.This item was sold out on asos so I purchased direct from you, ignored some of the negative reviews. And I even have another item of yours on its way from asos. Now I would like you to address my concerns as really don’t want to be spending too much time contacting. Sent you enough info and pictures to warrant a response. No one would expect to purchase a denim jacket pop it into the washing machine within a hour of receiving. Right temperature, colour care detergent, 15min wash and the item comes out with extensive colour loss and white lines across the back and sleeves, due to dye loss. And considering the price no, you’re not bargain basement. Look forward to receiving a response.
