I am renovating my home and need a new bath vanity. It's a bit on the smaller side, so I purchased a wall-mounted unit from Listvanities.com. They always have high-quality merchandise in whatever style you want. I picked out a nice, petite Abaco and was quite pleased. It was big enough to store all of my toiletries and small enough not to take up too much room. As for the company, they delivered right on time and offer free shipping. This company has no creditability. Stay away from them. No customer service, deliver a partial order to deceive customers.
Ordered a $2,350 vanity with a marble countertop and double sinks included. Promised to ship it the date ordered or the very next day with tracking informaiton provided via email. Also promised to have the merchandize delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. Never heard from them after the credit card charged - no tracking number or any kind of form of communications. No one was there to help if you called 1-888-490-0632. If you left a message, no phone call was returned either. I filed a dispute through my credit card company after the 5-7 business days with no delivery. The freight carrier called me out of blue to deliver the vanity after I filed the dispute with the credit card company. I decided to give them a chance. Guess what? Only a vanity without a countertop and double sinks came. I called the manufacturer who indicated that the vendor instructed to ship the vanity only! Should not have this kind of vendors to deceive the customers online in the first place. I've already refused the shipment. Will never deal with such a dishonest vendor!
