Do not try to purchase anything!
I recently purchased two baby outfits for my upcoming granddaughter. Purchased via Afterpay got notice from Afterpay that it was purchased never heard a thing from the company with an update of shipping and when I could expect my order.
After many follow-ups with emails, I disputed with Afterpay.
Very very shonky service from Little eedie! they ended up cancelling my order…. Obviously, because they had been approached by Afterpay.

Worst customer service - order was never shipped

I placed an order on the 26/12/23.
Received a confirmation of order initially but then nothing regarding shipping.
I waited nearly a month (24/01/24) then contact their “customer care” team to follow up. All I got back was generic advice from their website regarding shipping times.
I replied explaining I wasn’t asking about delivery but just wanted confirmation that my order had been packed and shipped from the wharehouse. They replied back after a few days with the same email they sent me previously. I ended up just requesting a refund.
I wish I had read up on reviews before purchasing to avoid this hassle.

Do Not Order From Little Eedie

If I could give no stars I would. If you have ordered from this fraudulent “company” and not received your order then contact your bank. NAB went in to bat for me and got all of my money back. The NAB also told me that this happens far too often when when purchasing children clothing online. Good to know

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

This is a scam!! I made an order in March and didn’t receive it. After multiple emails sent I was still chasing up my order after months. I only received about two replies to which they stated there were delays. I waited a little longer and still nothing. Sent more emails and they told me they were looking into it… waited longer again and nothing. I then had my baby and the clothes I ordered were obviously not coming and we’re not going to fit if they ever did arrive. So I sent an email demanding a refund. I then received no clarification of a refund but instead it popped up through my PayPal that I would receive one. It was then cancelled by the company. I put in a dispute with PayPal and the merchant responded with my refund within days.
I spent almost $200 at this place and I cannot believe this went on for 5 months since I ordered. Didn’t even receive an apology or anything. How ridiculous!!!! If I didn’t put in a dispute with PayPal I probably would have never got my money back. I can’t even imagine how many other people have been scammed. This company needs to be stopped!

NEVER EVER purchase from this company!

I placed an order with this company on 18th April. On 18th May I had received no email or correspondence to indicate that my order had even been processed so I sent an email following up. I received an automated response advising that someone would respond in 2-3 days. By 23rd May I had still received no response so I emailed again with again the “2-3 day” response timeframe garbage they tell you. When I didn’t receive any response by 25th May I lodged a review with afterpay and what do you know! They respond to afterpay WITHIN HOURS, yet still hadnt responded to my initial email sent 7 days prior. They advised afterpay (not me) that as I had pre-order items in my cart it would take UP TO 6 weeks to be shipped. Fair enough, this is outlined on their website. Come they day of 6 weeks since my purchase and 13 days since my initial email they finally email me to advise that the “warehouse has advised your order is on track and is being prepared for shipping”. I queried whether this meant my order would be shipped today given today is 6 weeks since I placed my order and 6 weeks is already an exceptionally long time to wait for something to just be shipped. I was advised to “keep an eye on your spam and you will receive shipping information in the next few days”. I am aware from my own sisters experience and other peoples reviews and “the next few days” means very little to this company so I advised that should it not be shipped within the 6 week timeframe they stipulate on their website, that I instead would like to cancel my order for a full refund. No response. The afternoon of the following day rolls around and I send another email requesting to cancel my order for a full refund. No response. I again lodged a review with Afterpay and again they responded within hours stating that I had pre order items which take up to 6 weeks, knowing that it had already been over 6 weeks! This company do not have a contact number or any other means of getting in touch with them other than via email which they don’t respond to. To date it has been over 6 weeks since I placed my order which still has not been shipped and both requests to cancel my order for a refund have been ignored. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experience and the absolute worst processing timeframes which they continue to blame on COVID despite the fact that they’ve had hundreds and hundreds of bad reviews for years, and they continue to operate so poorly. I know for next time to always read the reviews of company’s before I purchase from them… lesson learnt for me.

Horrific - do not shop here.

I would give less than one star if I could.
Ordered a month ago, still have not received and the customer service is absolutely appalling. I couldn't be more disappointed.
I wish I read these reviews before ordering, especially as I genuinely thought I was ordering from an Aussie business. I have asked for a refund as my daughter will have outgrown the clothes by the time they arrive (if they ever do). If I am not refunded, I have advised I will be lodging a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.

This company is a Chinese factory scam.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star. This company is a scam. They look like a local Australian company that you want to support but don’t expect good communication or a timely delivery.
Your order will take months, to process and will be shipped from China.
If you try to contact them they will send you generic emails telling you to keep waiting. An admin email is their only form of contact.
Do not purchase from this company!! Your child will be a grown adult when, or if, it ever arrives.
Report any of their ads on social media because they’re highly misleading.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star

I waited 6 weeks for my order from Little Eedie, only to be sent half of it. When I asked for a refund for the item that didn’t show up, the customer service team were rude and disrespectful. I really wish I had read their terrible reviews before purchasing from their website. Luckily I used PayPal. I will be fighting for my money back.

Shut this business down now!

In all my years in the industry you will not find a worse retailer than this one.

Aside from the horribly cheap, poor quality clothing that could disintegrate in one wash, shipped directly from China with no labels or accurate measurements, the 2-3 month minimum wait for deliveries for a supposedly Australian retailer and of course the items from your order that don’t ever turn up, the real icing on the cake is the horrendous attitude, lack of professionalism from the “customer service” and their wholly ridiculous terms and conditions.

If you are looking for cheap and cheerful baby clothes spend your money on Pat Pat instead! They have an excellent service and product range that come directly from China too. This clowns do not deserve to be operating let alone have your money. Truly pathetic.

This company excels at offering…terrible service.

This company excels at offering terrible customer service. They couldn't be worse if they tried. Goods are from China so take 8 weeks to arrive. When they do finally turn up the sizes are wrong.
They say they're Australian but there's no evidence of that so shop locally if you want to support an Australian business.
Don't waste your time or money with this website.
