I understand the shipping delays that occur due to new U.S tariff policy, but. I cannot understand why customer service is not responding.

Hi MJ,
I completely understand your frustration. Shipping delays have unfortunately been caused by the recent U.S. tariff and customs policy changes, which have impacted many international shipments. While these delays are outside of our control, what is within our control is communication — and I sincerely apologize that you did not receive the timely updates you deserve.

Hi Audrey,
We completely understand the frustration with delays. The current backlog is on the US Customs side due to new regulations and all necessary paperwork has already been uploaded.
All affected customers (including you) were informed by email and SMS and we’ve now also reached out to you directly with an offer of a free reshipment.
Thank you again for your understanding — these delays are temporary, and we truly appreciate your patience. :)
