I ordered a sign from Little Rae via their store on Not on The High Street. After being unsure about the preview with the font I had chosen at the time of ordering, Sophie went well out of her way to ensure that my order was perfect before sending it to production… doing multiple mock ups (which took her 45 minutes each time!), providing advice on fonts to use and even offering me a different shade of the colour I chose. I am so indecisive yet Sophie is incredibly patient and nothing is too much trouble. She is friendly, responds so quickly to messages and is really devoted to helping the customer as much as she possibly can. Fantastic customer service and the quality of product is outstanding - avoid the big neon sign companies and support this far superior small business… I would never go anywhere else now I’ve found Little Rae! Thank you Sophie ☺️

I made a mess of my order. Little Rae called me sorted it all out nothing was too much trouble. The sign is perfect. Excellent quality. It’s a Christmas gift so I’ve not had it on yet. But I’ll definitely buy from Little Rae again. Already got my eye one something!

If you need a neon sign Littlerae is the place to go to! We got a customised sign to use in our home and also for our wedding! Which guests loved seeing the sign! We chose to have a custom sign which we had an idea in mind and sent a photo to the team. We were sent some deigns and chose which one was best for us. We upgraded our sign to be waterproof just incase! Any questions/ queries was happily answered. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The actual product whilst on the expensive side is lovely and exactly as advertised! The only criticism I have would be that the tracking/delivery info wasn’t updated since the order was placed so I didn’t know when to expect the product, however when I used the live chat they were very helpful!

I ordered 4 signs from Littlerae and I love them all so much. Two of them are used as night lights and they are perfect for the children's rooms. They are dimmable so not too bright either. The experience was excellent and I would highly recommend.

I purchase a You,Me & A Cup Of Tea sign recently and I absolutely love it! There was a bit of a mix up with the discount codes used but the customer service was great and we got this resolved, I was sent a dimmer for the hassle and it’s much needed to create mood lighting :)
