Terrible experience. Only found out on order confirmation one item won’t be delivered for over 2 weeks - missing the person’s birthday. Also got a security call which I thought was a scam, just seemed unneeded, never had that from anyone else. Won’t be buying from here again.

I ordered my items early Thursday morning and received them on Friday afternoon. Excellent job.

Appalling customer service. I ordered furniture from Littlewoods as it was cheaper than Very (even though they're the same company). I was advised that delivery would take about a month (!) with the latest delivery date being 27/07. As the date approached I'd not heard anything further so called Littlewoods and was advised it was best to contact the furniture manufacturer myself!! I did this, and it turns out there was an error with my order and the furniture hadn't even been made yet. So far I've had no official confirmation of delivery from Littlewoods. I've phoned to complain and was assured someone would call me back the same day and I would get an email - nothing. And I've completed an online complaints form - all I've received from Littlewoods is my monthly statement - for furniture I don't even have yet! Really terrible company and will not be buying from them again.

I recently purchased a hoover for my daughter and the belt snapped to turn the brush! I called Littlewoods they were very helpful and are sending me another one so that I can then use that box to return the broken one! Great service and very quick response and resolution to my problem.

order was really quick the only complaint I have was 1 of the tops I ordered was 7 pounds cheaper the night before I did order it then but forgot my discount so cancelled it ordered it next day and it had gone up by 7 pounds ..

I enjoy using littlewoods really helpful with products and spares ,returns and refunds but i think they need to have a word with their couriers maily evri who 70% of the time dump parcels for blocks of flats down in communal areas were they can be stolen maybe have more place for collection but other than that i cant fault littlewoods as a company at all and i will continue to use them very happy customer

Driver dropped parcel inside time frame pleasant driver

From ordering to receiving my order was around 72hrs, I was kept up to date all the way. Parcel was packaged well and delivered on time. Cannot fault the service!

Littlewoods helped me a great deal with a problem that wasn't even their problem. I was truly grateful for the help and advice they gave me.
