What I wanted was easy to find as a larger lady I was offered a fair range. Paying on line was easy and delivery was fairly quick.

I paid extra for next delivery and received the item three days late it's almost impossible to contact them I have managed to send an email to which I have had no response. Not even certain it was customer service.

I placed an order with a £30.00 off, estimated delivery time was not met on first parcel, no communication regarding this was received. Upon tracking it stated that one of the items had been returned as it could not be delivered. All parcels were going to the in post locket which I have not used previously. No point in collecting other parcels as I would lose the offer that I used. Very disappointed and unlikely I would use again.

Good price for my order....we have an elderly dog of 15+ who sometimes uses puppy pads. Quickly processed and delivered too.

The last item I ordered arrived within 2 days. Ordered Saturday arrived Monday. Wow! I love the sales and rarely buy full price. The last purchase was no exception. A great item that looks fantastic, is on trend and for a brilliant price. Littlewoods is my go to amazing shopping experience for ease, choice and treats for myself and family. Returns are so easy, fuss free and quick. The regular updates about orders and returns are very helpful There will be a new addition to the family soon, so I was able to get some really nice gifts for the baby and at a great price too. They grow so quickly there was no point in paying full price for something that the baby will grow out of quickly. Littlewoods triumphed again with variety and bargains. Please keep up the good work and keep sending me those lovely incentives to make me spend spend spend. Also thank you for the rewards I get for keeping a healthy account. It makes feel so much appreciated by you.

Excellent delivery service, so fast

I have not received my parcel and all my items appear to be delivered to someone else’s house?
I have made several calls and messages to virtual support and real people.
I am waiting for an SMS message (24 hours ago) that I apparently need to respond to before an investigation into the situation can start.
The investigation is then going to take a week!!
Meanwhile I am being charged for the items because they have been delivered to a different address.
Please help me find my parcel which is now over a week.
First attempted delivery was 24 miles from my house the second was 48.1 miles from my house, information provided by InPost - I am not shocked they gave lost my parcel!!!
It could be 96 miles away by now!

I would usually give 5* to Littlewoods but evri did not deliver my parcel yesterday and no updates on when I will receive it. Other parcel from DPD came very quickly.
Littlewoods were very fast in processing and dispatching my orders but let down by evri on this occasion. Overall Littlewoods is a great company with very good service.

Ordered three blouses which were despatched and delivered very quickly. Love each blouse. Fit perfectly and just as on website. Excellent quality and wonderful service.
