Our experience of London & Kent Surveyors was great, it was very easy to navigate the website and for more information, arranging the survey and payment. They was able to arrange the survey swiftly with no need for our involvement at all after the information we provided them. The report we received was detailed and very well written, making it easy to understand. The process from start to finish was seamless and we cannot recommend these guys enough.

The whole process was smooth and efficient. We were able to book online easily, were contacted promptly, and a survey date was arranged quickly.

If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to offer a brief same-day call highlighting the key findings straight after the survey is completed. This would help buyers quickly understand any urgent concerns before receiving the full report.

Booking and payment for the survey was quick and straightforward. The survey was carried out on time and we received the full report within a week. The report itself was very detailed and clearly colour‑coded to highlight the severity of each issue. Had a follow up call with Alex which also was very helpful.

It was very quick and easy to book in and pay for the survey. The survey was booked in same week, and we had a copy of the report within another week (this with the Easter bank holiday inbetween). The report was very detailed and colour coded according to seriousness of matter. The follow up phone call was very helpful - Alex helped us understand in more depth the parts of the report that we wished to focus on.

They have a simple to use booking system and sent some free extra information prior to my survey. Once I got the report back I was impressed by how detailed it was, they included photo evidence of everything they raised or looked at. I was offered a follow up phone call to go through the survey, but as it was so detailed, I opted not to have this. Overall I am happy with the experience.
