Very pleased with chair. The communication throughout the process was excellent. Delivered as instructed.

Very pleased with this delightful bistro set. Lovely quality and the perfect colour!

It was a pleasure dealing with this company. Excellent customer service.

Lovely item. Very comfortable. It came well packed and on time. Communication from both supplier and courier was very good. Highly recommended.

Second chair purchased, after loving original outdoor bistro set so much. High quality furniture with a stunning pop of colour in heritage grey. Trustworthy, reliable company with excellent customer service.

They treat you as an individual, I was so impressed that someone from the company rang to ask whether I wouldn't be happier with rhe table being the same colour as the chairs, I thought my only option was to have the colour made available in the colour choices on line, he informed me that they could paint it the colour of the chairs , which is what I really wanted, they arrived last week a perfect threesome, now all I need is an Indian summer to enjoy them , eventually I hope to have them housed in a matching sage green summer house.

Amazing product! I ordered for my bedroom unsure just how it would look. However I am really pleased and glad I did. The chairs are made with care and it is apparent with the quality of work they have put in. I will be ordering again in the future.

All round superb! Excellent service, excellent product, great value for money. Highly recommend ☺️.

Fantastic product -Mark in sales was excellent -exchanged a chair with no hassle after it was slightly damaged as well.

Charming company to deal with. Good experience all round. Very helpful. Don't fall for poor quality impersonators.

I loved dealing with this company they were so helpful and accommodating . Old fashioned customer service and completely trustworthy . Would definitely buy from them again. And their furniture is delightful and at a very good price….

Everything was perfect….and we love the chair

What wonderful furniture, perfectly made. The product is second to none I am so impressed. I wont go anywhere else for my outdoor furniture. Mikes customer service was exceptional. reliable and trustworthy beyond. Thank you.

Excellent quality laundry basket and very quick delivery. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous product and very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

We ordered a chair, table and settee which were promptly delivered and very well packaged. The furniture looks great on our patio and is light and easy to store.

Easy to navigate website, easy to purchase, big, even bigger plus was that we were contacted personally to ensure our order was exactly what we wanted. Personal call and top class customer service.

I ordered a savoy chair in Morning Mist and it is both beautiful and spacious - the design, the comfort, the quality of the craftsmanship and the overall look has exceeded my expectations which were already high. I cannot recommend this chair highly enough! And great customer service aswell.

Once again, the people running the show treated my order individually. From the website I had believed the colour of chairs previously bought was not available for a matching table and ordered a second best. They noticed and alerted me, with the result that I have proper matching set! Very grateful.
