Lloyd Looms Avis

I’m extremely pleased with the way this was handled from start to finish. It was particularly reassuring to be able to correspond with Mike about details of my order and feel that my requests were being dealt with personally and effectively. Sofa and chair exactly what I had hoped for. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Nice product, easily ordered, prompt and friendly delivery!

An excellent personalised service throughout. The chairs are exactly what we wanted and they arrived in perfect condition. It has been a pleasure to deal with this company - Mike is friendly and helpful and responds quickly to phone calls and emails. Highly recommended!

Really pleased with my lovely dining chairs. Great quality & exactly as shown on website.
Arrived quickly and great customer service

Excellent service from start to finish. Very quick response to initial query. Good communication throughout the ordering process and right up to delivery. Although my order was made over the internet contact felt very personal. Mike, who I dealt with, went far above and beyond what I have experienced with other suppliers.

I bought three kitchen bar stools after taking advice from Mike at Lloyd Looms. They are absolutely lovely and excellent quality. They were delivered quickly and safely on the agreed date. We couldn't be more pleased. I gave instant feedback to Mike and complimented the company on it's high service standard. Will definitely buy again.

Lloydlooms could not have been more helpful, advising me about the various different shades of white, making what could have been a challenging decision easy. My orders arrived carefully packaged and I am absolutely thrilled with both our bathroom chair and laundry basket. I am now hoping to buy a tiny chair for my granddaugher.

Very helpful team - I have ordered several times and always been very happy with the products and service. Swift delivery and well packed items. With the last order they kept the items for me as I wasn’t quite ready for them. Would definitely purchase from here in the future.

We have been using lloydlooms for over 4 years, purchasing kitchen chairs, bar stools and montpellier style chairs. The service was excellent and everything was delivered on time and at our convenience. Mike the manager was always helpful and we were able to match the colour of some older chairs loom chairs we had purchased some years ago. No hesitation recommending this company.

This was my 3rd purchase from Lloyd Looms - a Bistro Grande table to go with my montpellier chairs. As always communication was excellent from receipt of purchase to despatch. Delivery company also helpful and communicated well. Items came very well packaged and delivered to room of choice. Excellent furniture - would highly recommend

I was very happy with my experience with this company. Not only are the chairs very well made and authentic, but the customer service was excellent: I needed to make some late changes to my original order but it was all handled in a friendly and professional way.

Excellent service.
Superior product quality.
What more can you ask for?

Have bought 10 fabulous Lloyd Loom dining chairs. So elegant and extremely comfortable. Absolutely delighted with them. They were packaged/protected so well and delivered quickly.
Worth mentioning that this is a really great company to deal with. Big shout out to Mike who has been extremely helpful. Would highly recommend.

Quality company with excellent service and products. Lloyd Looms of Spalding liquidated in 2016 so all Lloyd Looms are made abroad now. There are scammers out their claiming to be the original Lloyd Loom etc. If you want Lloyd Loom style furniture I can fully recommend this company.
