During the renewal process I needed to contact Lloyd & White 3 times (my fault) and on each occasion I was able to speak to the actual agent who had first dealt with my renewal. We have organised our annual travel insurance policy through Lloyd and Whyte for a number of years now. Shannon usually deals with our renewal which and it has always been straightforward and any queries or adjustments to the policy dealt with quickly.I’ve always found all all the staff very helpful and you can speak to someone easily over the phone if you need to rather than a chat bot.

I have used Lloyd & Whyte for a few years now and they are one of the few companies I have dealt with over 42 years of having my own business,that have been stood out as being one of the best.They are sympathetic to the needs of their customers,deal with problems or changes in the policy very quickly and efficiently.Its so refreshing in this day and age to have people to speak to on the phone who are polite ,speak clearly and who you can tell are going to sort things out for you.
Today a special mention should be made of a lady who looked after me called Caitlin (Pollard),who was very sweet and yet completely efficient.She is a great asset to Lloyd & Whyte
