Just wanted a list of agents in the area. What i got was bombarded with calls, texts and emails - One realestate leaving phone messages , emails and even just turned up at the house, (borderline harrasment). Another called my husbands mobile - which i didnt put on the form (so they dug that up from who knows where).

Terrible site, can’t get past the address section as it says my address is a business, but it’s a residence and has been bought and sold for last 40 years as a residence. Site is totally flawed!! Useless for me.

I clicked a box saying not to let the agents contact me. I received a call asking who my current agent was so they didn't double up. Told them, then received 19 unsolicited calls in 2 hours. I came out a meeting and thought my family had been kidnapped. Either I missed the fine print or something went horribly wrong.

Phishing. Collects your details then doesn't follow through with promised service. Then starts to spam you. AVOID.

I do not recommend using local agent finder, i have worked with them for a while now and have become very money hungry i would say be careful for agents as they want commission even if you have prior contact with vendors and can prove this through communication and market appraisals and for buyers do your own research agents bump up their commissions to take in account the amount that Local Agent Finder take out.

Beware of Ray White COBURG - in our experience in them managing our 2 properties for approx 5 months, they were shocking, unprofessional, manipulative, had a lack of rental knowledge and continuously lied to us (we are landlords) by John, their Rental’s person. They lied to our tenant also and failed to meet their obligations as our managing RE Agents. I should have undertaken a review check as have since found numerous poor reviews about John, Ray White Coburg that state the same. Stay away from them.

AVOID providing your details, they mention in faq that they will not share your details unless you consent, but shares it anyway

Just a lure for your information so they can sell it to agencies. Doesn’t benefit you at all unless you want cold calls and you have to give a lot of information before you can access or browse anything.

I was very impressed with the speed in getting back to me, and in their knowledge of agents in my local area.
Also, within minutes of giving them the go ahead, I was on the phone with an agent which suited me perfectly!

More info (esp stats), and more relevant Agent list than other sites, - comparison of only a very limited number of Agents and not the full market.

I made a query and the next day was contacted with the referral to three agents. Very happy with the service received

Do not trust Harcourts in Caroline Springs dodgy as they come especially Nathan Hunt we are pretty angry and taking this further With solicitors

To the team at Harcourts Caroline Springs this is very disappointing how Nathan Hunt treated us after signing the agreement then we cancelled his services, it was not personal just business, he made it personal and will advise anyone in my circle not to.do business with you unless you want to lose money and put a $9000 caveat onto your house Nathan did no work and is unfair there should be a cooling off period we just chose another agent at the end of the next day.

We were treated like animals and thought they would wipe out that $9000 charge and remove caveat as we had settlement today and we just found out through my Conveyancer caveat was put on in November Nathan is just upset we chose another agent to sell and he missed out financially
