I bought a second hand car and didn't realise it hadn't come with a locking wheel nut key. I looked around and messaged a few places. Elvis was the first to get back to me, very quickly, and looking at his site and reviews I was confident in his service. He turned up right in the allocated time slot. Very professional and friendly. Had all four of the locking wheel nuts off within 15 minutes. No drilling, no damage, all as described on the site. I had two different mechanics try to remove the locking wheel nut from my car and no one could get it to budge. All I needed was to change my tyre after a puncture!
