Pessimo antifurto

Pessimo antifurto. non funziona . sono dei ladri autorizzati . non funziona . pagato 700,00 euro buttati per un sevizio non utilizzabile ... sono dei truffaldini ...con 8o euro ho istallato un antifurto a calamita mi fa anche da ambientale nell'abitacolo con una sim traffico dati 10 euro al mese è una meraviglia ... ladri ladri ladri....................

Very useless and ripoff

Was already installed against my will on new car. The car already comes w gps and other features without requiring or needing lojack and it’s unnecessary monthly cost. Never used.

Stopped working

Stopped working. No notification. They have my email and phone number. Called multiple times. They say I now have to go into a dealership and get a new LoJack. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give 0 starts I would

If I could give 0 starts I would. I paid for my renewal and they never renewed my service. I requested for a refund and no service and no refund in 2 months. IN OTHER WORDS THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!!

Dopo un reclamo via PEC ……

Ho rinnovato recentemente l’abbonamento e subito dopo il rinnovo l’app non funziona non localizza l’auto il customer service dopo 1 mese continua a non risolvere il problema ed a dire che la pratica è in gestione. Lasciate perdere

Dopo aver fatto un reclamo via PEC con richiesta di rimborso abbonamento, sono stata contattata ed oggi hanno ripristinato il servizio. Rimane un giudizio pessimo sul servizio clienti.

I had my wiring harness disabled from an attempted theft of my vehicle. The dealership installed the new wiring harness and inadvertently disconnected the lojack. I called lojack and they said that my system is still under warranty. It's been 3 weeks now with no lojack. I'm the one who initiates the phone calls, no emails, no phone calls. I'm only 9 months in to my 5 year, prepaid,service. Very Frustrating. Spirion, you have to do better.

I paid $129 for a year to renew my…

I paid $129 for a year to renew my membership but lojack took my money and didn't renew my membership. Now they can't find my payment that I have proof of and they also sell your information. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

Lasciate perdere, è inutile!

State lontani da questo pseudo antifurto. Funziona malissimo l'app ed il servizio assistenza è inesistente. Ieri sera (sabato) si è bloccata la localizzazione, non posso fare nulla fino a lunedì ammesso che l'assistenza risponda (sto aspettando una risposta ad una mail dal 30 ottobre). Resti al buio, evitate, non serva a niente!

P.S. dubitare anche dei concessionari che vi consigliano questa specie di antifurto.

Ma siete autentici furfanti, il vostro sistema non funziona perché non indica mai il luogo di sosta con precisione ma solo con una certa approssimazione.
Aspetto la fine del contratto per mandarvi a ....

I contacted them no response claimed 48hr delay!

I contacted them, and received an email saying that they were very busy, and would get back in 48hrs.
When I hadn't heard from them I wrote again only to be ignored! When I tried to re-subscribe I was told unit need to be activated by dealer. Car was 1year old and shoud have already been activated. Then I received message:"The device is currently suspended and cannot be renewed" haven't heard since!

False advertising and Bad Product, Services

Pushed by the dealership and bought LoJack as "Anti-theft". It is not anti-theft at all. My car got stolen in front of our apt building. LoJack locator did not work at all. The technician said they could not re-activate or ping the locator. The LoJack did not prevent theft, nor it did help recover the car. The company refuse payout since the car was stripped and abandoned in the city.

Customer service has bad attitude, and basically saying there is nothing they can do. We consumers are sucker buying this crap product!

Unable to connect with anyone at…

Unable to connect with anyone at customer service either by phone or email. Sent them an email and go an automated response to allow 24-48 hours to respond, still havent heard back after 1 week. Phone goes to VM when selecting option 2.

I don't even know where to begin

I don't even know where to begin! I've never encountered such an irresponsible company in my life.

Let's start with the so-called "Professional Installation":

1. A "professional technician" called, and we agreed on a 7 AM appointment. I was downstairs waiting from 7 AM, but he didn't arrive until after 8 AM and didn't even bother to apologize.
2. He didn’t show me anything after the installation, so I have no idea if he installed a new GPS or just reused an old one.
3. The installation was far from professional. He simply connected the positive and negative wires, completing the job in just 15 minutes.
4. The biggest issue is the GPS placement near the OBD port, where it's easily accessible and could be disconnected by anyone without any trouble.
5. On the third day, I found a sticker with the GPS serial number on the street next to my car.

And that’s where the real nightmare began!

6. The GPS hasn't worked since the day of installation! I've spent countless hours and energy dealing with customer service (which is another ordeal in itself—waiting hours just to speak with someone).
7. They don’t offer 24/7 customer support! You can only reach them Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
8. During the first week, the device was completely non-functional, which they acknowledged but did nothing to resolve. Outrageous!
9. In the second week, they insisted that everything was working perfectly on their end, even though I was only receiving location updates 2 or 3 times a day! Just 2 or 3 times a day!
10. I requested a new unit and asked if I could install it myself—thinking I could do a better job than their "professional"—but they refused, claiming my device was working properly and that they would fix it remotely.
11. By the third week, they finally agreed to replace the device, but once again, I waited in vain as they couldn’t even find a technician to send.
12. With the Amazon return period nearing its end, I decided to disconnect the device myself. And what happened? Nothing! No notifications, no messages, no phone calls from customer service—absolutely nothing! I disconnected the device on Sunday, August 11, at 9 AM, and I finally received an email from them on Wednesday, August 14, saying they couldn’t fix it remotely and would send a technician.
