Our tour guide, Jonathan Blakeley, was an excellent guide: knowledgeable, engaging and extremely personable. He communicated the history and changing uses of the stadium with real enthusiasm and held everyone’s attention throughout. He made the tour both informative and thoroughly enjoyable. Wonderful experience overall.

Brought this for my husband and we had an issue with the day that we booked it for and they let me change it without extra cost and it was hassle free so i cant fault there customer service. My husband said that he had a fantastic time for start to finish and he would recommend that if you are a fan then it is well worth a visit

Graham is an incredible tour guide. He is very knowledgeable of the history of the club and the city. He shared all the info about off season events as well which was super interesting. I am so glad he is willing to share his time!

The staff throughout the store were very helpful, approachable, polite and just a fabulous day with fabulous people celebrating a birthday gift. Well done West Ham.

We had a great time as part of the London Stadium West Ham Legends Tour on Sunday. Graham was a fantastic host with tons of knowledge and enthusiasm whilst Phil Parkes was a complete 10/10. So many funny stories and great insights, we had the best time and would highly recommend.

An absolutely amazing day out! Our guide, Craig, was brilliant—he was incredibly informative and shared so much fantastic knowledge about the club. This was the perfect present for my husband. If you're on the fence, you absolutely have to book this tour. It is worth every penny!

We did a legends tour with Matt Jarvis and your guide Graham. Both really good, there was information and history of the stadium and then he would ask Matt questions as we went around. Plenty of opportunities to ask Matt questions and nothing was off limits. Overall a brilliant experience and I would highly recommend the tour with Matt, a really great guy.
