Absolute fraudulent criminal nightmare - go elsewhere

I am a 2011 graduate of the Masters in Management programme.

In short, I'm from the USA, did undergrad at a top public university where I graduated with highest honors with a business administration degree and a foreign language degree. I had also owned and operated a successful business in the past, played viola in a professional orchestra for a year, completed an internship in private wealth management operations at Morgan Stanley, and worked on a temporary contract with a small specialist auction house. Eventually, I chose to attend LBS over other offers on the European continent, due to the school's track record in facilitating immigration and employment abroad for its graduates - because I had some very unpleasant personal and professional experiences of being a victim of crime in the USA that had led me to want to emigrate permanently.

During my final interview, I was asked about whether my intention was to immigrate to the United Kingdom, to which I replied yes. I was told explicitly by the then-programme director, Julia Marsh, that the School would support my search for employment and that I would definitely be able to get a job at a bank in London (that was my target - operations/compliance careers in banks.)

The reality was very different. I was not able to get interviews anywhere. Eventually, desperate to remain in Britain, I began pursuing some entrepreneurial opportunities that failed to materialize, and then became involved with a programme called the New Entrepreneurs' Foundation, which was sort of a rotational training programme for people interested in new small and medium businesses, technology, etc. Through the NEF and activities therein - it was a nice group of people - I met someone from a recruitment consultancy called FreshMinds. She ultimately helped me to find a position at a financial services marketing and advertising firm.

The salary was not good and the position itself was certainly well below my target but I was willing to accept it, again, to get out of the USA. The problem was that the School had made other plans for me without telling me: they had essentially "sold" me to Sotheby's, to go back to my home town in Florida and run their Palm Beach auction house office. When I accepted this other job in London, however, their whole human trafficking plan had broken down. As a result, I was aggressively targeted for poisonings by organized crime in the UK, and the products I worked on at my current firm were aggressively sabotaged by external actors.

Eventually due to health problems I fled to Ukraine for medical treatment. Then I returned to pack up my London apartment and moved home - as it turned out, exactly as they wanted. Eventually I did take that job, but despite considerably outperforming at it I was repeatedly refused promotion, and due to what had become major crime and fraud by that employer - and not just against me - by that time, I quit. Two years later, in connection with continued crime against me intended to force me to return to that company, and in connection with no other offers of employment in the USA, I fled the USA to Moscow for political asylum and have lived abroad ever since (though I no longer live in Russia.)

Do yourself a favor and don't ever get involved with these people. If you're some sort of high-performing opportunity case from a lower-class or third-world background, LBS might be good for you. Otherwise, treat it like nuclear waste.

I have made substantial efforts to protect others from this fraud over the last decade. I asked OIA, HEFCE, and others to intervene. More recently, I have made efforts to have their Tier 4 visa sponsor license revoked, in connection with the fact that they use the license to facilitate human trafficking. But there has been no restitution. I obviously deserve a massive legal settlement for damages, even though at this point I'd just accept handing my diploma back for a refund. But they won't even do that. There is not even ONE attorney in Britain who will represent anyone in claims against London Business School. It's a truly unbelievable situation.
