Very happy with the treatments London Cryo is offering. The prices could be a bit more affordable. The staff is very helpful and always trying to accommodate. The centre has this family feel about it and it's very nice.

This company scammed me of £500! After one session of fat freezing the therapist encouraged me to book their 'promotion deal' and booked in future appointments all the while knowing the branch would be permanently closing. I attended my second appointment arranging childcare and was utterly shocked when I saw the branch closed. This is fraud! Absolutely disgusting

The team is very attentive and professional.
Using the Wholebody Cryotherapy has been a game-changer for my fitness routine. It has significantly improved my wellbeing and allows me to recover much faster between intense training sessions. Less soreness means I can get back to training sooner.

This company is unprofessional and makes false claims on its website. Benefits of HBOT are on medical grade HBOT which this company does not offer and does not make it clear. Their untrained staff's response is 'you'll still get some benefit' is not validated or supported by any evidence.
EVEN worse, they have promised (twice) via email to refund me 4 out of 5 sessions of HBOT but have not done this (2 weeks later) nor now respond to my emails. Hugely unprofessional and unethical. Do not go here.

I was very disappointed and frustrated with LondonCryo. The poor service, including the staff’s and general manager unprofessional and inadequate communication, left me feeling let down.

Cancelled the night before my 30th birthday. Scammers.

(City/ Artillery Lane) Had an amazing first experience of the infrared sauna yesterday. The venue is ideally located and the premises ultra clean and comfortable. Absolutely everything was provided for an enjoyable moment : fluffy towels, water with electrolytes, Bluetooth speaker to put your favourite tune or podcast in the sauna… there is a choice of lights depending on the mood and objective you want to achieve. The session is well timed and very pleasant.
Amazing staff to welcome and guide me throughout, super accommodating, with special kudos to Emma who’s been wonderful with helping me.
I felt great after the session, muscles relaxed, toxins flushed and a healthy glow to show for it. 100% recommend !

Emma is such a sweetheart and after conferring over email about a booking mistake I made, she phoned me straight away and we made sure I had the right date and time for the infrared sauna.
Also great discounts from time to time so sign up to their email!

I had a lymphatic drainage body massage and I have never felt more rushed from start to finish. The advertised time is 70 mins when you book and mine lasted barely 50 minutes.

There were no enquiries about my health or any concerns before the treatment began. Surely there are some health and safety red flags here.

The pressure was so light and I was not asked once how the pressure was. Overall it was not a great experience worth the money I paid and even after giving feedback by email to the team I received no response. This makes it very clear that client feedback is not valued very highly. I would not recommend the lymphatic drainage massage.

I So enjoyed my visit to LondonCryo! I am a complete novice to all the treatments LondonCryo offer - in particular the Cryo. I must confess that I had a few apprehensions but these were eased away by their wonderful clean facilities, warm welcome and in particular by Kelly, the Manager at St Johns Wood site. She expertly guided me at each stage of both the Sauna and Cryo - both were amazing experiences! I felt alive and aglow after my treatments. I have an injury in my hand and Kelly could not have been more considerate and understanding. Can't wait for my next session!

The London Cryo crew dropped down to our offices on a staff wellness day, and they had some very interesting gadgets with them. Thats where I first got introduced to the TheraGun. Their Cryo Facials are so refreshing. After a 3 hour meeting, I managed to squeeze into their schedule, and I must say, that was probably one of the most refreshing 5 minutes I've ever had at work! I'd recommend you check that out. The people are phenomenal, Maria, Ash, Onute - all very professional, knowledgeable and brilliant!

Such an amazing hostess, the team at London Cryo are incredible. I went in for a full body cryo after a well-being event at my workplace in Ealing, and it was the best 30 minute experience of my life! Ok so the cryo blast only lasts for 2 minutes but it was the whole service that was just WOW!
Check it out, you’re gonna love it!

Hands down one of the best experiences in my life. The team are so personable, Maria - the Founder is amazing. She's a wealth of knowledge and has worked extremely hard to get this facility into the level of service it's in. I can't stop recommending the place - try out the Cryo chamber when you're there, will definitely leave you feeling revitalised!!

Great service and great staff London Cryo are currently looking after our injured players for the Kent Exiles american football team. All staff are professional polite and friendly big shout outs to Silan & Anna for all your help.
