Mikal and team are extremely skilled professionals who are clearly craftsman in their field, so pleased with finished result. Really happy with the London Door company from all points off interaction they have been professional and exceptional in their knowledge, guidance and skill 😃

There was a slight gap in the door frame on the right side looking in that was letting in cold air, dust and light.

There was also work needed doing to fill the frames inside with wood and filler to make it more sturdy. Added to that, some outside cement work to tidy things up.

It sounded like a tall order, but Peter did a perfect job in ticking all those boxes. We were both very satisfied with his professional approach and were happy to give him the thumbs up when the job was complete.

It’s reassuring to know that the London Door Company live up to their promise in giving aftercare once the door has been installed.

All our neighbours loved the door when it was installed, but now with the additional finishing touches it looks even better.

We would definitely recommend Peter for any work that’s needed. And we are more than pleased that it was him that knocked on our door. Five stars from start to finish.

My wife and I, moved into a new terrace home in east London. Now we celebrate our move after 1 year. That celebration would not of been fully realised, unless our wonderful door from London Door Company, was installed. Professionalism par excellence' process smooth' end result came down to one word. We decided to improve the look of our house by changing our front door.
We had fantastic advice from Jackie designing a very attractive new door.

Today Christian and Roberto changed over the door and the improvement is fantastic. Not only is the new door breathtakingly beautiful but the expertise with which Christian and Roberto installed it was definitely 6 star!
The care that was taken was outstanding. Everything was extensively cleaned, painted and polished.

The engineer (Peter) that was sent to fix our door was great. He explained the issue and fixed it very quickly. He also cleaned up after he had finished so we were very happy with the service provided. I would recommend the London Door Company for their work and their after care service.

London Door Company were very good. Front Doors are not bought that often. Perhaps once in a generation for a family home, certainly the case for me. London Door Company guided me well through each step and process. Helped me tune and optimise the design, material choices and overall cost to suit my budget. The installation was smooth, on time and exactly what I had ordered. Overall very pleased with the final result.

From our initial meeting to discuss my project through to its completion, London Doors (LD) and I built an excellent rapport, which made the entire experience extremely positive. From the outset, I felt that LD genuinely listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand my priorities, concerns and expectations. The right questions were asked, they encouraged discussion and never pressured me into making decisions I was not comfortable with.
LD listened intently to my ideas and worked collaboratively with me to develop a solution that suited both my needs and the look I wanted to achieve for the safety of my house and the final look of my house. We shared ideas throughout the process, and the technology used was particularly valuable in helping me see and visualise how different options might look. Being able to see the ideas brought to life made the decision-making process much easier and gave me confidence in making the final choice.
I found LD to be highly professional, knowledgeable and experienced, while also being relaxed and approachable. I found all at LD very easy to talk to, which helped establish a genuine sense of trust—something I considered particularly important given the level of investment involved. I always felt that the advice was based on what was right for me and the project, rather than simply on making a sale.
LD was also extremely supportive after the initial work was completed. The fitters were very professional and courteous and consulted me in all the decision making. When I had questions or encountered issues, the fitters, Peter, was patient, responsive and professional in helping me resolve them. Peter also offered clear advice and guidance on care and maintenance, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with both the experience and the final outcome. From start to finish, LD and fitters handled every aspect of the project with professionalism, patience and expertise. LD genuinely proved themselves to be highly specialised in this field, and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Peter from LDC came to sort out our front door that was sticking a bit. I think it had dropped in the door frame. Peter called on time and was very helpful. He explained what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it, which he did. Peter also went over some features of the lock that I had forgotten about. The door looks fantastic, honestly we can’t stop looking at it. The quality, finish and attention to detail are outstanding, and it feels incredibly solid, secure and well made.
The team were professional, friendly and reliable throughout, and the installation was carried out to a very high standard. They clearly take pride in their work and made sure everything was finished perfectly.

Fabulous service from start to end. Lovely designer, Harry, who came to the house - so knowledgable, clearly loves London Doors products and guided me towards the perfect choice. My door was fitted today by 2 brilliant fitters who worked really hard in ridiculously hot temperatures and left my home cleaner than they found it. An overwhelmingly positive experience - would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning front door - couldn't be happier. Worth the wait - beautifully made to our bespoke design and a great installer (Christian) worked meticulously for a day to put it in, so worth every penny.

Darko and Lucus fitted our front door a couple of days ago, they were so lovely and professional, they worked really hard, respected our home and cleaned really well before they left. The door looks beautiful, we are delighted with it, we would highly recommend them.

I love my new front door but sadly it went a bit wrong one day :( No worries, London Door Company fitters to the rescue! An emergency appointment was made for me, and it was all sorted out quickly and efficiently. It now works like a dream again. A top-quality product with friendly, professional fitters to boot.
